1. Case FIR No. 106/12 dated 10/04/12 U/S 290,291,510 IPC has been registered by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 10/04/12 at about 03.45 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dadour and during the course of patrolling he found that three persons were shouting and making noise loudly and they were creating nuisance at public place. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 107/12 dated 11/04/12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Rajana Devi W/O Sh. Gopal Singh R/O Vill. Rao-Pali Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/04/12 at about 8 AM she along with her husband Gopal Singh were present in her room, in the mean time her brother-in-law and his wife Hansa Devi entered in her house and they beat her up along with her husband. HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, MOLESTATION & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No 87/12 dated 10/04/12 U/S 341,354,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt Rekha Devi W/O Sh Kuldeep Chand Village Taur Jajjar PO Mandap Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that on 10/04/12 at about 5.30 PM she was going to her home. On the way Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Jandwal tried to outrage her modesty and when she objected he abused her and also threatened to her with dire consequences. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No 82/12 dated 10/04/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dharm Bir Singh Guliya S/O Sh. Sh. Prit Singh Guliya R/O Regional Mountaineering Training Institute Mechlodganj Dharamshala Distt. Kangra that on 10/04/12 he was going along with his family from Mecklodganj to Manali by a car (HP58A-4004) and when his car reached at Kawari, a shift car (UP80BQ-0902) came from Pandoh side towards Mandi very rashly and struck with his car. Due to which his wife and driver of said car sustained injuries. ASI Roop Lal I.O. of TTR Wing Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5. Case FIR No. 83/12 dated 11/04/12 U/S 147, 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Village Gaddal P.O. Alathu Tehsil & PS Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/04/12 she was going to her home and on the way Nirmla Devi, her daughter-in-law Reena, other family members viz. Krishan, Sheetla, Sawroop, Nisha and Inder etc. also beat her up. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND RIOTING
6. Case FIR No.84/12 dated 11/04/12 U/S 341,323,147,149 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Indu Wala W/O Sh. Roop Kumar R/O Village Gaddal P.O. Alathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi on 11/04/12 at 6.30 AM Shakuntla Devi, Dalip Kumar, Pawan Kumar, Jagdish Chand, Ramesh Kumar and Ram Dass obstructed her way and beat her up. H.C Raj Mal No.856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
7. 96 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,600/- was recovered under M.V.Act, 13 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered and 1 challans was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
