Case FIR No.63/12 dated 21/4/12 U/S379,420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the written application of smt. Sharda Devi W/O late Sh. Iswer Dass Sharma R/O VPO and Tehsil Lad-Bhadol Distt. Mandi that she was retired from the education department and recently she had transferred his pension account from PNB Bank Mahakal to PNB bank Lad-Bhadol. On July 2011 when she went to the PNB Lad-Bhadol to withdrawl her pension through cheque Rs.4000-/- per month then only one person serving in the bank fill her cheque and complaint sign on it but did not give the cheque-book returned back to complainant on 18/04/12 when complainant check the pass-book then she found that Rs.81,000 withdrawal from her account in four shift. ASI Govind I/C PP Lad-Bhadol Paul is investigating the case.
2 CASE OF OBUSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT.
Case FIR No.125/12 dated 21/4/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Khem Singh S/O Dile Ram R/O Ropari PO Baggi Distt. Mandi that on 21/04/12 at about 6.30 pm when he was unload the stone from the jeep nearby his house in the mean time Khem Singh, Balvinder and Bhupender came there and obustruct his way and beat him up. HC Lal Singh I/OPS Balh is investigating the case .

Case FIR No126/12 dated 21/4/12 U/S341,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of kamal singh S/O jaswant singh R/O Ropri PO Baggi Distt. Mandi that on 21/4/12 at about 5-45 pm when he was going to his house along with his brother Balvinder and Bhupinder Singh in his car when they reached nearby the house of khem Singh at mean time khem singh and Bablu obustructed his way and beat him up .The case is investigating by HC Lal Singh NO.80 I/O of PS Balh.
4 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND HURT
Case FIR NO.64/12 dated 22/04/12 U/S 452,324,506 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Dimple Kumari W/O Subhas Chand R/O VPO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that she and her husband and her father-in-law resided in the rented house of kali Dass at Bhadhol . On 21/04/12 at about 7.25.pm when she was cooking dinner in the mean time Ajay Kumar S/O Kali Dass R/O VPO Lad-Bhadhol came into her room and beat her up. HC Rajesh Kumar NO.907 I/O PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the casse .
5. CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND RELATIVES AND ATTEMPT TO MURDUR
Case FIR No. 127/12 dated 22/04/12 U/S 498(A),307,323 IPChas been registered in PS Balh on the statement of Kashmir Singh S/O Late Sh. Tara Chand R/O Chokichandran PO Riuar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that her daughter Ahilya Devi had married with Kashmir Singh R/O Vill. Dasehra PO Sidhyani tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi in year 2004 . She had two children. After marriage her husband started torturing her. On dated 21/04/12 her husband beat her up and she sustained injury. ASI Om Parkash I/O PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
6. 61 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8700-/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
