1. Case FIR No. 31/12 dated 12/04/12 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Firoj Khan SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials near Shivam Welding and Auto Workshop Bharari and during the course of patrolling he recovered 450 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Yog Raj S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O Bharari PO Chambi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi HP. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by SI Firoj Khan SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
2. Case FIR No. 34/12 dated 12/04/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Niharkhu Ram S/O Sh. Anganu Ram R/O Vill. Megal Neri PO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP that on 11/04/12 at 7.00 PM he pay worship at the Shyama Kali Temple and after paying worship he locked the door of temple and went to sleep in the room nearby the temple. On 12/04/12 early in the morning when he went the temple to worship, he saw the lock of door was opened and when he entered inside the temple he found that nath of Mata Shyama Kali of golden, Choki of copper and brass were missing. He suspect that some unknown culprits stolen away these articles by breaking the lock of the temple. Approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 26,000/-. SI Rattan Singh SHO P.S. Padhar is investigating the case. Accused Vikas Sahi S/O Bahi Raj R/O VPO Surkheat Distt. Karnali (Nepal), Adeash S/O Narjan R/O Vill. Mehal Moudi Tanda Kheat Distt. Karnali (Nepal) were arrested by SI Rattan Singh SHO P.S. Padhar in above case on 12/04/12 and stolen property recovered.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 35/12 dated 12/04/12 U/S 447,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Shalig Ram S/O Ramdita Security Officer IIT Mandi that Jai Dev and his son Hem Singh trespassed illegally in Khasra No. 5,9,12,14 and 19 in Muhal Kamand and they also threatened to the security guards with dire consequences. HC Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
4. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ravi Singh R/O VPO Kuthera & Rupa Devi W/O Sh. Ravi Singh R/O VPO Kuthera Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi were arrested by SI Rajender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar on 12/04/12 who were wanted in case FIR No. 60/12 dated 06/04/12 U/S 498A/306/34 IPC and are being produced before the Ld. Court.
PREVENTIVE ARREST
5. Nathu Ram S/O Sh. Kalu Ram R/O Tetanag PO Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi was arrested U/S 107/151 from Tatanag on 12/04/12 at 11 PM by HC Gopal Chand I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar who is being produced before the SDM Jogidernagar.
CASE OF THEFT
6. Case FIR No.111/12 dated 12/04/12 U/S 380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nishant Sharma S/O Sh. Sarwan Kumar R/O Nalwari PO Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 10/04/12 he went to Kansa Chowk for playing Cricket match. He kept his bag in the room near cricket ground and when he came back after finishing of cricket match he found that his bag was stolen away by some unknown person. He had kept three mobile sets, ATM card, canteen card and cash of worth Rs. 4000/- in his bag. Total cost of stolen property is about Rs. 25000/-. SI Chhotta Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
7. Case FIR No. 46/12 dated 12/04/12 U/S 376,506,452,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of a lady resident of village Majhwas PO Devdhar Tehsil Chachoit Distt. Mandi HP that on 09/04/12 she was present in her cowshed, in the mean time a person HP entered in her cowshed and raped her forcibly. He is also beat her up and threatened with dire consequences. ASI Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
8. Case FIR No 89/12 dated 13/04/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh Relu Ram R/O Badol PO Jhangi Tehsil Sandhole Distt Mandi (HP) that on 12/04/12 at about 7.45 PM when he was going to his home, on the way Kashmir Singh S/O Sh Bhagmal VPO Jhangi obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
9. 86 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,050/- was recovered under M.V.Act, 14 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered and one challan issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
