CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR. No. 32/12 dated 14/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by HC Karan Singh No.24 that today at about 1.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Mahadev and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Smt Lahuli Devi W/O Sh. Prabh Dayal R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2. Case FIR No. 112/12 dated 13/04/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mahender Pal S/O Sh. Bhawani Singh R/O Vill. Dadour PO Dhaban Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 13/04/12 at about 4.30 PM he was standing in front of his shop at Dadour, in the mean time a M/Cycle (PB37-8339) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and hit Smt. Bandna Devi and she sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 47/12 dated 13/04/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Nokh Singh S/O Sh. Shiv Ram Village Chandhwa PO Sainj Tehsil Chachoit Distt. Mandi that on 13/04/12 at about 6.25 PM he was coming  to  his village Chaprahan along with driver Parma Ram S/O Om Chand by his Pick-Up No HP 32B-1137  and when they reached near  Jalehni, a M/Cycle (HP 33-0876) came from Chaprahan side very rashly and rider of said M/Cycle Sh. Murari Lal  S/O Sh. Fate Ram Village Rahali PO Gohar  Tehsil Chachiot Distt Mandi struck his M/Cycle with the pick-up. Due to which M/Cycle Rider and a child sustained injuries.  HC Prabhaker Ram No 872 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 48/12 dated 14/04/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Uttam Chand R/O Vill. Shab PO Shala Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 13/04/12 Surat Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

5. 63 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,850/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 11 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
