1. Case FIR NO 54/12 dated 09/04/12 U/S 447,379,427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Savitri Devi W/O Late Sh. Yogeshwer Sharma VPO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that her brother in law Om Prakash S/O Sh. Mani Ram broke the wall of her old house stole away the material of the walls i.e. Bricks, slate and stone etc. with the intention to grab her land. 2. Case FIR No. 104/12 dated 09/04/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI Rajender Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 09/04/12 at about 6.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ratti bazaar and during the course of patrolling he found that Kishan Chand S/O Sh. Gopi Ram R/O Dhangu PO Rattti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi was selling fruits etc on the road side which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. SI Rajender Singh I.O. of P.S. 3. Case FIR No. 105/12 dated 09/04/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Lal Singh No. 80 I.O. of P.S. 4. Case FIR No. 40/12 dated 10/04/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowki that today at about 09.35 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials near Pawan Guest House Balichowki and during the course of patrolling he found that a heap of sand was laid by Bhude Ram S/O Sh. Tule Ram R/O Shivaadi PO Dhawan which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

Aut by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowki that today at about 10.35 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Zero Chowk Balichowki and during the course of patrolling he found that a heap of sand was laid by Nokh Singh S/O Sh. Devi Ram R/O Bhalyari PO Dhavehad which is causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No 45/12 dated 09/04/12 U/S 379 has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the written complaint of Sh. Raj Pal Singh S/O Sh.Vir Singh Village Chatti Nala P.O. Chattri Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi HP that he parked his JCB machine at Shilhi Ruhamani towards Chattri road and on 08/04/12 some unknown persons stolen away an hydrolyic pump & oil of the JCB at during the intervening night of 08-09/04/12. HC Inder Singh No. 880 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

8. Case FIR No. 77/12 dated 09/04/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Nek Ram R/O Vill. Druman Saploh PO Suradi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that Puran Chand R/O Vill. Druman Saploh PO Suradi Tehsil & PS Sadar Distt. Mandi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Anil Kumar No. 406 I.o. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF CHEATING
9. Case FIR No.78/12 dated 09/04/12 U/S 419 IPC & U/S 7 of the Himchal Pradesh of Malpractices at University, Board and other Specified Examination Act, 1984 has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Principal Vallabh Govt. Post Graduate College Mandi that on 29/10/11 during the evening session, paper of BCA at Vallabh Govt. College Mandi unfair means (impersonation) was detected that two candidates namely Dhiraj Kumar S/O Sh. Bhup Singh of BCA 1st having roll No. 6727 and Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Jhabe Ram of BCA 1st having roll No. 6728 both from Noble College of Education (Pvt.) Pandoh Distt. Mandi. They both deliberately exchange their seats and also forged signatures of each other. A case was framed under examination conduct rules and forwarded to H.P. University Shimla for placing it before the UMC Committee. HPU Shimla has directed vide letter No.-1/DR/UMC/BCA/Mandi./6727 & 6728 dated 19/03/12 that it is not a case of UMC but it is a case of impersonation for which FIR in this regard with the local police should be lodged and above case is registered on the basis of above complaint along with relevant documents were received in P.S. Sadar Mandi. ASI Bidhi Chand I.o. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

Sadar Mandi that on 09/04/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bindrawani and during the course of patrolling he found that Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Mohan Dhiman R/O Bindrawani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi has stopped a truck on N.H. 21 which is causing obstruction to the general public. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

11. Case FIR No 81/12 dated 10/04/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Tanuj Vaidya S/O Sh Yoginder Vaidya R/O Plot No 8 Industrial area Souli-Khud, Distt Mandi at present A.V. Auto Pvt. Ltd. Plot No 59/60 Industrial Area near Hanumaan Mandir Baddi Distt Solan HP that on 07/04/12 at about 8.40 PM. The complainant was coming by Bus Tata AC from Chandigarh to Mandi and when he reached in Bus Stand Mandi, he found that his Laptop was stolen away by some unknown person. HC Raj Mal No 856 I.O. of PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
12. Case FIR No 80/12 dated 10/04/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh Devender Kumar S/O Sh Desh Raj R/O Vill Puhara PO & Tehsil Shahpur Distt Kangra HP at present Conductor in HRTC Depot Chamba that today at about 2.15 AM HRTC Bus No (HP73-1801) which was bounded from Chamba to Manali when reached at Bindrabani, a Car (HP 33-A-2139) came from Pandoh side toward Mandi very rashly and struck with above HRTC bus. Driver of said car sustained injuries and admitted to Z.H. Mandi. HC Chaman Lal No. 12 I.O. of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
13. Case FIR No. 57/12 dated 10/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has s been registered in P.S. Jogindenagar by ASI Gobind Paul I.C PP ladbharol that on 09/04/12 he was on patrolling along with other police official at Ladbharol and during the course of patrolling he found that Krishan Lal S/O Late Sh. Kishori Lal R/O VPO Ladbharol Distt. Mandi was selling wine in his tea shop ad he recovered 5250 ML country liquor from his possession. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Gobind Pal I/C PP Ladbharol.
CHALLANS
14. 83 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,500/- was recovered under M.V.Act, 14 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered and 4 challans were issued under Mining Act.
