CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESASS,OBSTRUCTING WAY AND MOLESTATION

1.     Case FIR No. 59/12 dated 05/04/12 U/S 451/342/354 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Miss Nisha Kumari D/O Sh. Man Singh R/O  vill. Panyaru PO Pangna Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 01/04/12 at about 2.30AM  she was sleeping with her sister Anita Kumari in her room. In the Rinku entered in her room and tried to outrage her modesty. HC Bhal Chand I.O. of Police Post Pangna is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN  PREVIOUS CASE

2.     Accused Puran Chand S/O Sh. Daya Ram R/O vill. Bhuty (Chhol) PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi was arrested today by ASI Rajender Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog  who was wanted in case FIR No. 44/12 dated 18/03/12  U/S 409, 420 IPC. 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.     Case FIR No. 102/12 dated 05/04/12 U/S 341, 342, 323, 506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Gaurav Kashyap S/O Sh. Gokal Ram R/O VPO Dalabali Tehsil Nankhari Distt. Shimla at present Karan Niwash Housing Board Sanjouli Distt. Shimla that on 03/04/12 at about 02.30 AM when he reached at Reliance Communication Gutkar, in the mean time Manoj, Durga Dass and Vrikam obstructed his way and beat him and also threatened to him with dire consequences. HC Balbir Singh No. 23 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

4.     Case FIR No. 39/12 dated 06/04/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Hariman R/O Fangwar PO Bassi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 04-05/04/12 some unknown culprits stolen away 75 Nos. iron plates from Dehar. Approximately cost of stolen property is about Rs. 30,000/-. HC Inder Singh No. 35 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

5.     87 Challans were issued  and  fine of Rs. 10,200/-  was recovered  under M.V.Act, 13 Challan  were issued under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1300/-  was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
