CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No 60/12 dated 26/04/12  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dhani Ram S/O Late Sh. Kouda Ram  R/O Dharnda P.O. Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 25/04/12 at about 9.30 PM, Pushap Raj @ Sanju and Raj Kumar S/O Sh Hari Singh R/O Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi obstructed way of Sh Karam Singh S/O Sh. Kouda Ram R/O Dharnda PO Maloh, beat him up and he sustained injuries on his head. ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND ASSAULT

2. Case FIR No. 68/12 dated 26/04/12 U/S 341,323,355,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Khem Singh S/O Sh. Parma Nand R/O Vill. Prai PO Chauridhar Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 25/04/12 he was coming back after attending a marriage ceremony and when he reached at Sainj Bagra, Lal Chand S/O Sh. Jai Ram, his mother and younger brother caught him and beat him up. HC Ashok Kumar No. 885 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ABDUCTION AND RAPE

3.      Case FIR No. 69/12 dated 26/04/12 U/S 366, 376 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of a lady resident of PO Kau Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 24/04/12 Bobby S/O Sh. Jia Lal R/O Vill. Serty PO Mahndi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi abducted her from Sarkol and brought her to Shimla, Perlog and Pando etc. and raped her. ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 129/12 dated 26/04/2012 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Singh R/O vill and PO Brota Tehsil Gumarwin Distt Bilaspur that he is working as driver with Bread Bonn Company Ltd. at Punjab and today he was on the way from Hamirpur to Kullu to deliver the supply of bread by a vehicle Tata Tarvo 407 (PB10CQ-4627). Today at about 04.10 AM he parked his vehicle in front of Valley View Hotel at Gutkar and he went the inside of the hotel to deliver the supply of the bread, in the mean time a Volvo bus DL-PC-4364 came from Nerchowk side very rashly and struck with his above mentioned vehicle. Later on he came to know that Shiv Kumar S/O Sh. Bed Ram R/O F-3/19-20 Sultanpuri Delhi was driving above Volvo bus. HC Balbir Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5. Case FIR No 103/12 dated 25/04/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Narender Pal S/O Sh Karam Chand Village Ghadyatar PO Kapahi Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi HP that on 25/04/12 he was driving a Bus (HP31A- 4889) which was bound from Sarkaghat to Sundernager via Bhadarwar and when said bus reached near Bhadarwar  at about 2.30 PM,    a  motorcycle rider came very rashly by his M/Cycle (HP28A-0879) and struck with Bus  and he sustained injuries. Later he was identified as Guddu S/O Roshan Lal R/O village Chalhog PO Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi. SI (Prob.) Sanjeev Goutam I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6. A case FIR No. 39/12 dated 25/04/12 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Ravi Kant S/O Sh. Achhar Singh R/O Vill.  Roparu Tehsil Jhatingari Tehsil Padhar Dist. Mandi that on 25/04/12 he was driving a bus (HP76-0715) which was bounded from Mandi to Padhar and when said bus reached at Bhatog at about 5.20 PM, a   Tempo (HP 34-3742) came from Padhar side  towards Mandi in which  was driven very rashly by Desh Raj S/O Sh Nand Lal R/O Takoli PO Nagwain Sub Tehsil Aut Distt Mandi HP and struck it with his bus and one person sustained injuries. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7. Case FIR No. 38/12 dated 25/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padharby HC Kuldeep Singh No. 148 I.O. of PS Padhar that on 25/04/12 at about 5.30 PM   he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Megal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of   Kishori Lal S/O Sh Amin Chand R/O Vill Mathanaul PO Tandu Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Kuldeep Singh No. 148 I.O. of P.S. Padhar.  

CASE OF MISSING

8. Today Sh. Bhokhi Ram S/O Chuhnu Ram Vill Lapas PO Boching Tehsil  Padhar Distt Mandi reported that on 24/04/12  his brother in law's wife Smt Ravina Devi  R/O Lachkandi  PO Vardhan went to witness the fair  at Galu but she didn’t  return back till today. 

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

9. Case FIR No. 93/12 dated 25/04/12 U/S 457/380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh. Krishan Goel S/O Late Sh. Budhi Singh Goel R/O H. No. 69/6 Lower Samkhetar Mandi Distt. Mandi that on 24/04/12 at about 8 PM all members of his family were gone to attend a marriage ceremony at Rajmahal hotel, in the mean time some unknown culprits stole away golden jewelry weighing 40 gram along with cash of worth Rs. 15,000/- from his house. Inspr. Surinder Pal SHO of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

10. 71 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
