CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 65/12 dated 24/04/12 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Bandna Devi W/O Sh. Jeewan Lal R/O Reur PO dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 23/04/12 Balbir Singh and  Kareti both S/O Sh. Chuhara Ram R/O VPO Sidhpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi entered in her house and beat her up. ASI Subhash Chand I/C Police Post Bassi is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

2. Kashmir   Singh   S/O Sh. Narotam Ram R/O Sadhehra P.O. Sadhyani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) has been arrested in case FIR No 127/12 dated 22/04/12 U/S 498A, 307, 323   IPC  by ASI Om Prakash I/C P.P.  Rewalser on 23/04/12 who is being produced before the Ld. Court of JMIC-II Mandi.   

CASE OF RIOTING & CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

3. Case FIR No. 101/12 dated 23/04/12 U/S 143,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jai Singh S/O Sh. Parma Ram R/O Vill. Lalana Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that Bhagat Ram, Pawan Guleria, Ravi Mandyal, Biri SinghRaj Mala along with 20/25 other persons are on strike w.e.f. 10/04/12 and they have occupied the rain shelter of PWD which was constructed for the usages of general pubic. HC Jagdish Chand, I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4.      Case FIR No. 102/12 dated 24/04/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Bhim Singh R/O Upper Dhalara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 24/04/12 Nishant S/O Sh. Desh Raj and Tanu S/O Sh. Desh Raj obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Sarwan Kumar I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

5. 54 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7900/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered and 1 challan issued inder Mining Act during last 24 hours.
