Mandi that she suspects on 17/04/12 Churamani @ Chinu S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Vill. Banyar kidnapped her minor daughter Neeta Devi. ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING AND ABDUCTION
2. Case FIR No. 119/12 dated 18/04/12 U/S 363,366A, 109 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Tripta Devi W/O Sh. Gopal Singh R/O Vill. Gagal Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that her minor daughter Diksha was sleeping on 11/04/12 in her room and next day she was not found in her room and later on she came to know that Durga Dass @ Chhotu S/O Sh. Bhikam Ram kidnapped her minor daughter with the intention to marry with her. ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No. 118/12 dated 17/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act was registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 17/04/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kandhi more and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Kal Devi W/O Sh. Thauna Ram R/O Malther PO Ratti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress.
CASE OF OBSECNE ACT, GESTURE OR ACT INTENDED TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF WOMAN AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4. Case FIR No. 61/12 dated 17/04/12 U/S 294,509,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Om Prakash S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal R/O Grauru Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that unknown males and females sent obscene messages to him and his family in their mobile sets as well as their land line phone and also threatened to them with dire consequences. ASI Suresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5. Case FIR No. 62/12 dated 18/04/12 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Naveen Kumar S/O Sh. Mohinder Singh R/O VPO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that today he was standing out side of his shop, at about 08.10 AM a M/Cycle (A/F) came very rashly from Sukabag side and another M/Cycle (HP29-3865) came from Sukabag side and they both collided with each other and rider of both M/Cycles sustained injuries. ASI Sat Pal I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6. Case FIR. No. 33/12 dated 17/P4/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nand Lal S/O Sh. Het Ram R/O Bharwa PO. Ghiri Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi that on 17/04/12 he along with other 22 persons of his village were traveling by a jeep (HP-31B-1263) and at about 5.30 PM when said jeep reached near Rohanda the driver of said jeep Khem Raj S/O Sh. Kanhaya Lal R/O Chakarahad PO Nihari lost control over it and said jeep fell down from the road and 13 occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries. HC. Sant Singh No 81 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
49 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,400/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
