CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 106/12 dated 28/04/12 U/S 325 IPC has been registered
in PS Sarkaghat on the compliant of Chander Kumar S/O Sh Lekh Raj
R/O Village Shahi PO Bharedi Tehsil Bhoranj Distt Hamirpur that on
21/04/12 he had come to his laws house at village Dol P.O. Gopalpur
and he was constructing cowshed in the meantime Urmila Devi started
throwing stones upon him and he got injured. HC Amrit Lal I/O of PS
Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF SUICIDE AND FALSE EVIDENCE

2. Case FIR No 62/12 dated 28/4/12 U/S 306,201 IPC has been registered
in PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh Gujar
Mal R/O H.NO 49/9 Ward NO 9 Bhojpur Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi
(H.P.) that Krishna Devi W/O Vishwajeet R/O Koigaria PO Kamalpur
Tehsil Ghatal PS Daspur Distt. Maidnapur West Bangal at present living
along with his Husband Vishwajeet and daughter as a tenant since one
year . Above Vishwajeet used to consume alcohol daily and used to beat
his wife. Due to Vishwajeet harassment and cruelty to his wife Krishna
committed suicide on 28/4/12 morning. ASI Vijay Kumar I/O of PS Sunder
Nagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND ASSAULT

3. Case FIR NO.96/12 dated. 28/4/12 U/S 323, 341, 355, 34 IPC has
been registered in PS Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Sh.
Vikas Sharma S/O Sh. Duni Chand Sharma R/O H.No.278/3 Jail Road Mandi
at Present Advocate Mandi. That on 27/4/12 evening he went to attend
the Retirement party of his relative at Biyas Sadan Mandi, where
Bhupinder Sharma, Munish and Rajinder Thakur were also present. At
about 9.30 P.M Bhupinder Sharma said to complainant that he met
with Patwari and through Power of Attorney sold a Land and Bhupinder
Sharma, Munish Sharma & Rajender Thakur caught the Tie of
complainant and pushed him out side the room and obstructed his way
and beaten him up . HC Balam Ram I/O of PS Sadar Mandi is
investigating the case.

ACCUSED ARRESTED IN PREVIOUS CASE

4. Accused Vishwajeet S/O Sh Abhi Ram R/O Koigaria PO Kamalpur Tehsil
Ghatal PS Daspur Distt. Maidnapur West Bengal age 31 years has
been arrested in Case FIR No 62/12 dt. 28/4/12 U/S 306, 201 IPC on
dated 28/4/12 at 8.15 PM at Bhojpur by ASI Vijay Kumar and produced
before Ld. JMIC -1 Sunder Nagar Today.

CHALLAN

5. 130 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 17,800/- was recovered
under M.V. Act and 26 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of
Rs. 3200/- was recovered and 2 challan were issued under Mining Act
during last 24 hours.
