CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION  

                                     

1.     Case FIR No 52/12 04/04/12 U/S 451,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Bashakhu Ram R/O Salabkot PO & Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi HP that on 04/04/12 at 6.00 AM he was present in his home. Lekh Raj S/O Diwan Chand R/O Serlakhabu PO Khabu Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi entered in his courtyard and threatened him and his family. ASI Vijay Kumar I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

2.     Case FIR No. 55/12 dated 05/04/12 U/S 353/332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sarvesh Kumar S/O Sh. Dilbag Singh R/O Nangal Chowk Gurnwar Tehsil Dehra Distt. Kangra (HP) at present posted as Constable in 6^th I.R.Bn. Kollar at Nahan Distt. Sirmaur and temporary posted in 3^rd I.R.Bn. Pandoh. On 30/03/12 he was deployed for fair duty at Jogindernagar. During the intervening night on 04-5/04/12 he was deployed for cultural program duty along with other police officials and at about 11.40 PM after receiving information of quarrelling near wine shop Jogindernagar he went along with team of police officials headed by SI (Prob.) Harnam Singh on the spot and when they reached at the spot, Saurabh Guleria S/O Sh. Yash Pal Guleria R/O Vill. Thakrehera PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi came there and caught him, tried to beat him. Above mentioned accused Saurabh Guleria has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of. P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

3.     Case FIR No.  36/12 dated 05/04/12  U/S  379 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Thakar Dass S/O Sh. Bir Singh R/O  Sudhrani PO Khalbahan Sub Tehsil Baalichowki Distt Mandi HP that 04/04/12 at about 10.30 PM he heard some noise outside his house and when he came out he saw that telephone cable was cut down from the pole which was lying on the surface. On this he made called loudly who had cut down the telephone cable. On this Giri Raj, Ramesh Kumar and Mine Ram came on spot and found that two boys were loading rolls of telephone cable in a Pick up jeep. After hearing their voice those boys sped away from the spot. After checking of a pick-up (HP49A-0483) along with his above mentioned associate they found that two rolls of wire were loaded in above vehicle and two rolls were lying nearby above vehicle which was possessed by Yog Raj Sharma S/O Sh. Dave Ram Sharma R/O Vill. Dhameuli PO Plach Tehsil Banjar Distt. Kullu (HP). ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Balichowk is investigating the case. 

CASE OF HURT

4.     Case FIR No 83/12 dated 04/04/12 U/S 325/323/34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Vijay Rana S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Village Dhayan PO Mashran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi on 29/03/12 at about 11.45 PM   Sunny S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Barchhwar and Vikkey R/O Banu beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Mohinder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO HEART ATTACK

5.     Sunder Lal S/O Sh. Gokal Anand R/O Shanei PO Shankar Dehra Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi posted as  Shastri in GSSS Shankar Dehra died due to heart attack who was delared by MO of C.H. Karsog brought dead. Proceeding U/S  174 Cr.P.C is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Karsog.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.     Case FIR No. 73/12 dated 04/04/12 U/S 341/323/506/34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Harsih Kumar S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Nasler Banot PO Dudar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that Raku along with his two associate obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

7.     Case FIR No. 74/12 dated 05/04/12 U/S 379/34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Pal S/O Sh. Hukam Ram R/O Dhar PO Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi at present watchman in SEE Wire Industries Souli Khad Mandi that two boys  (out of them one’s name is  Badal) stolen away three iron pipes, one angle iron and two pieces of grill of iron. HC Anil Kumar No. 406 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

8.     Case FIR No. 38/12 dated 05/04/12 U/S 325, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dole Ram S/O Sh. Shoukru Ram R/O Vill. Thanuta PO Shilibagi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi that on 03/04/12 Devinder Singh beat him and also threatened to him with dire consequences. HC Inder Singh No. 880 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

 CASE OF MISSING

9.     Today Smt. Mamta Devi W/O Sh. Mangal Sing R/O Segaldug PO Pali Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi reported in P.S. Padhar that her brother Narender Kumar was missing from village Garlog since December, 2011 and he has not been traced out till date.

CHALLANS

10.                        92 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,650/- was recovered under M.V.Act and 13 Challan were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
