AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR
No. 128/12 dated 23/04/12 U/S 452,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh
on the complaint of Sh. Damodar Dass S/O Sh. Mohan R/O Vill. Rathol PO Balt
Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 22/04/12 he was sleeping in his room, in the
mean tiem Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Inder Singh came in his house and knocked the
door of his room. On this he opened the door of his room and said Inder Singh
entered in his room, beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Balbir Singh No.
23 is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2. Case FIR
No. 35/12 dated 22/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL
Colony Sundernagar by HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar
that on 22/04/12 at about 5 PM he was on patrolling along with other police
officials at Chowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML
illicit liquor from the possession of Bhikham Ram S/O Sh. Kali Dass R/O Chowk
PO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and
further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Chint Ram No. 873
I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR
No. 47/12 dated 23/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S.
Aut by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36. I.O. of
P.S. Aut that on 22/04/12 at about 5 PM he was on patrolling along with other
police officials at Jhiri and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5
liter illicit liquor from the possession of Satish Kumar S/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/O
Jhiri PO Nagwaint Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and
further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Jagdish Chand No.
36 I.O. of P.S. Aut.

were issued and fine of Rs. 7700/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 13 challans
were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
