1. Case FIR No. 87/12 dated 15/04/12 U/S 379,323,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Distt. Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Malkiat Singh R/O VPO Duddar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 14/04/12 at about 11.15 PM he came out side his hotel at Kawari, in the mean time two boys came there and beat him up and when he cried for help, 3-4 boys also came there and they also beat him up. After some time his uncle Parma Nand and driver Sharwan Kumar came there and these boys sped away in a jeep (HP66-1525) and they also stole away a mobile set of Sh. Sharwan Kumar from there and threatened to him with dire consequences. ASI Amar Nath I.O. P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 60/12 dated 15/04/12 U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Uttam Prakash S/O Sh. Megh Singh VPO Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog distt. Mandi that today at about 9 AM when he was present in his home, in the mean time he saw a scooter came from Kelodhar side and when he reached near Sural Bridge the rider of that scooter lost the control over it and fell down from the bridge. On this he went on the spot along with Asha Ram and Balak Ram and found that Baldev Singh S/O Sh. Jangu Ram @ Joginder R/O village Tarala PO Mahog Tehsil Karsog fell down from the scooter and he died ont the spot. ASI Om Prakash I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT
3. A Case FIR No. 61/12 dated 15/04/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Ram Saran S/O Sh. Anant Ram R/O Village Balahan PO Chouri Dhar Tehsil Karsog at Present driver in HRTC Depot Karsog that today at about 9.30 AM he along with Conductor Moti Ram reached at Bus Stand Karsog from the Nabahidhar along with HRTC bus (HP 66-1059) and after stopping said bus in Bus Stand Karsog he went to HRTC Canteen Karsog to take tea and when he came back at Bus Stand he saw said the bus was not present there then he informed to Adda Incharge and also informed telephonically to Driver Thakur Chand of Delhi to Karsog route who informed to Adda Incharge Karsog that said bus was seen by him Bakhrot which was driven by Yog Raj S/O Sh. Puran Chand Village Chhol P.O. Karsog Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi who stole away it from the bus stand Karsog. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT
4. Case FIR No. 113/12 dated 15/04/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vicky S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O VPO Behna Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 14/04/12 he was going to his home from Rewalsar and on the way Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Vill. Duddar along with other three persons obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.
ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
5. Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Tota Ram R/O Ambi PO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi has been arrested by ASI Mohinder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat who was wanted in case FIR No. 90/12 dated 13/04/12 U/S 452/377 IPC.
CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST
6. Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Ghauna Ram R/O Vill. Langehar PO Giun Tehsil Saraghat Distt. Mandi has been arrested by HC Jgdish Chand No. 43 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. who is being produced before the SDM Sarkaghat.
CHALLANS
7. 59 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 6 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
