CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 55/12 dated 25/04/12 U/S 323,325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Singh S/O Sh. Sunder Singh R/O Vill. Sodhadhar PO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi that on 24/04/12 at about 7 AM he was going to his home by a vehicle (HP32A-1883) which is possessed and drove by Kamal Dev S/O Sh. Tej Singh R/O Vill. Kapal PO Janjehali. When said vehicle reached at Ghidu, Kamal Dev beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Roop Singh, incharge Police Post Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No. 59/12 dated 24/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 24/04/12 at about 02.30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at BBMB Colony Sundernagar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 18000 ML English wine from the sweet shop of Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagi Rath R/O Slapper Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). He along with his servant Arjun sold the wine illegally in his sweet shop. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar.

CHALLANS

3. 47 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
