CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.     Case FIR No. 103/12 dated 06/04/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Megh Singh S/O Sh. Gopal Singh R/O Vill. Dahundi PO Nagchala balh that on 06/04/12 at about 8.15 PM he was crossing the road at Bagla, in the mean time one M/Cycle (HP33B-5959) came from Nerchowk side and hit him. HC Lal Singh No.  80 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.     Case FIR No. 56/12 dated 06/04/12 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Daler Singh S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Radda Bhkher Tehsil Joginderngar Distt. Mandi that on 06/04/12 at about 06.30 PM he was present along with Anil Kumar in the shop of his uncle Mangu Ram at Bir road, in the mean time Sonu and Monu Barwal also came there. Some time  after Mast Ram, Rinku and one another person came there and they all beat him along with Anil Kumar and Anil Kumar became unconscious. ASI Satpal I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3.     Case FIR No. 40/12 dated 06/04/12 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Bhuma Devi W/O Sh. Dhameshwar Dutt R/O Vill. Thunagla PO Jahal Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 06/04/12 she was going to her home and on the way Tari Devi W/O Kamal Dass R/O Thunagla PO Jahal Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Jeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.     Case FIR No 53/12 dated 06/04/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Khanna S/O Sh. Sukhdev Chand Khanna R/O Mahalakshmi Enterprises Bhojpur Tehsil and P.S. Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi that on 06/04/12 at 4.20 P.M. was standing in front of his shop at Bhojpur, in the mean time a truck No (HP66-2504) came from Lalit chowk side very rashly and hit a person who was going towards bus stand Sundernagar and he sustained injuries. ASI Sharwan Kumar I/C Traffic wing Sundernagar is investigating the case. 

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

5.     Mehar Singh @ Khukhlia S/O Sh. Sodhu Ram R/O Taridhar PO Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi arrested today by ASI Sohan Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog who was wanted in case FIR No. 44/12 dated 18/03/12 U/S 409, 420 IPC.

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER 

6.     Case FIR No 86/12 dated 07/04/12 U/S 307, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Pooja Devi  W/O Sh Shanta Kumar R/O VPO   Gharwasra  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that she was married with Shanta Kumar 4  years ago. After 6 month of her marriage her Mother-in-Law and Father-in-law had started to torture her. Today  her husband went to Answai and  at about 8.30 AM her mother-in -law came into her room and started abusing her and sometime after  her mother-in law sprinkled kerosene oil upon  her in the present of her father-in law and thereafter she set her on fire through a matchbox and brunt her. SI Kripal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

7.     Case FIR No 84/12 dated 07/04/12 U/S 147, 149, 451, 323, 504 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Pawan Kuamr S/O Sh Sukh Ram Village Sadhwani PO Tikkari Tehsil Satkaghat Distt Mandi HP that on 06-04-12 at about 8.30 PM Om Prakash, Jiwan Ram, Santosh Kumari, Brahmi Devi, Bimla Devi, Bhag Singh, Manju Devi, Abhinav, Abhishek, Prabhi Devi,  Jayoti and Param Jeet entered in his house and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No 28 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

8.     Case FIR No 85/12 dated 07/04/12 U/S 147, 149, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Santosh Kuamri W/O Sh Jiwan Lal R/O Village Sadhwani PO Tikkari Tehsil Satkaghat Distt Mandi HP that on 06/04/12  at about 8.30 PM Pawan Kumar, Sharda, Krishani Devi, Prakash, Salindra , Saroj and Asha  entered in her house came and beat her up. ASI Ajit Singh I/C PP Hatli is investigating the case.

9.     104 Challans were issued and fine of Rs. 20,400/- was recovered under M.V.Act, 15 Challan were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
