1. Case FIR N0.124/12 dated 19-4-12 U/S 61-1-1-14 Excise Act has been
registered in PS Balh SI Chotta Ram I/O P.S.Balh that on 19-4-12 at
about 6-30 pm when he was on patrolling along with the other police
officials at vill. Dhadwahan then on the secret information he
recovered 3750 ml illicit Liquor from the possession of Tek chand S/O
Ninu Ram R/O Dhadwahan P.O. Ratti at his house. SI Chhotta Ran I/O
P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
2. Case FIR No 97/12 dated 19-04-12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been
registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of of Shashi Kumar S/O
Sh Bhagi Rath village Bastala PO Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi
HP at Present Headmaster Middle School Bastala that on the intervening
night of 18/19-04-12 some unknown person stolen away one Gas Cylinder
and one Pressure cooker from the kitchen of Middle School Bastala .
Total Value of the stolen property is Rs. 3,000/- . Case is being
investigating by ASI Mohinder Singh I/O PS Sarkaghat.

3. Case FIR.No.123/12 dated 19-4-12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Ashish Kumar S/O
Virender pal R/O VPO Diyargi Distt. Mandi. that on 19-4-12 at about
12-30 pm when he was going to his relative house at Gagal and when he
reached near G.S.S.School Gagal at mean time Veenu S/O Gopal and two
other persons obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained
injury. ASI Jagdish Kumar I/O P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No 50/12 dated 20-4-12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been
registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Gopal Singh S/O Sh.
Hukami Ram Village Andehal PO Bihani Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi HP
stated that on 19-4-12 at 9.30 AM When he was Going to jungal along
with Goats & sheep at mean time his brother Sh Lal Singh ,Gori Devi,
Chaman Lal , Om parkash and Prabha Devi came there and obstruct his
way and beat him up . Case is being investigating by Asi Roop Singh
I/C PP Janjehali.

5. Case FIR No 52/12 dated 20-4-12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been
registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of of Sh. Lal Singh S/O
Sh. Hukami Ram Village Badehach PO Bihani Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi
(H.P.)that on 19-4-12 at 9.00 am when he was going for work. In the
mean time his brother Sh Gopal Singh, Ramesh Kumar and Dhaman Singh
came there and obstructed his way and beat him up. Case is being
investigating by ASI Roop Singh I/C PP Janjehali.

6. Case FIR No 51/12 dated 20-4-12 U/S 61-1-14 IPC has been registered
in PS Gohar by ASI Roop Singh I/C PP Janjehali that on 19-4-12 at
2.40 pm on the secret information he recovered 45000 ml Country
liquor & 9000 ml English wine from the possession of Ram Sharan S/O
Sh. Himat Ram R/O Sandocha PO Khunachl Tehsil Thunag Distt Mandi at
his shop. Case is being investigating by ASI Roop Singh I/C PP

7. Case FIR No 53/12 dated 20-4-12 U/S 61-1-14 IPC has been registered
in PS Gohar by HC Deep Chand No 910 that on Dated 20-4-12 at 2.00 pm
on the secret information he recovered 3800ml illicit liquor from the
possession of Parkash Chand S/O Sh. Sant Ram VPO Shalla Tehsil
Chachiot Distt Mandi at his home. Case is being investigating by HC
Deep Chand No 910 I/O PS Gohar.
CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
8. Case FIR No 98/12 dated 20-04-12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been
registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Anil Kumar S/O Sh
Sohan Singh R/O Jol PO Sandhole Distt Mandi HP that on 19-04-12
at about 11 PM when he and his brother Krishan Chand, Servant Amar
Singh and Rajesh Kumar were in his own Tea Stall/Hotel at Bazar
Sandhole, in the mean time Lavleen Shah and Nandu Shah entered into
his tea stall and beat him up. Case is being investigating by ASI Amar
Nath I/C PP Sandhole.
CASE OF CONCEALING THE DEATH OF MALE CHILD
9. Case FIR.No.99/12 dated 20/4/12 U/S 318 IPC has been registered in
PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Umavati W/O Basant Ram R/O Matour
Tanda P.O. Khudla tehsil Sarkaghat Diatt. Mandi that on 20/04/12 at
about 10:45 pm he came to know that one dead child found nearby
transformer at Khudla when she visited the spot along with
vice-pradhan and other villagers then found that 6 month infant of
baby was lying there to conceal the birth of the baby. ASI Ajit Singh
I/O PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
10. Case FIR No.67/12 Dated 18-4-12 u/s 61-1-14 Ex. Act has been
registered in PS Karsog by Hc Kamal Kant No 860 that on 18-4-12 when
he was on patrolling along with other police officials then he
recovered the 2250 ml country liquor from the possession of tea-stall
owner sh. Gian Chand S/o Sh. Tulsi Ram village Bhadranu PO, Tehsil &
PS Karsog distt Mandi. HC Kamal Kant NO 860 I/O of PS Karsog is
investigating the case.
CHALLAN
11. 51challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7700/- was recovered under
M.V. Act, 16challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1500/-
was recovered during last 24 hours.
