CRIME REPORT 27 APRIL

CASE OF HURT

1.      A Case FIR No. 56/12 dated 27/04/12 U/S 323,324 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Nanak Chand S/O Sh. Gian Chand Village Khanyol PO Pokhi Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi at present shopkeeper Chhatri Bazaar that on 26/04/12 at about 5 PM his wife Pratibha Devi beat him up with and he sustained injuries.  ASI Roop Singh I/C PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

2.      Accused Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Vill. Rathol PO  Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi has been  arrested by HC Balbir Singh No. 23 I.O. of P.S. Balh who was wanted in case FIR No. 128/12 dated  23/04/12 U/S 452,323,504 IPC. Above accused person is being produced before the Ld. Court.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

3.      Case FIR No. 70/12 dated 27/04/12 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Not Ram S/O Sh. Piru Ram R/O Vill. Nehra PO Bhanthal Tehsil  Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/04/12 he was going to his home when he reached near Sol Bridge, in the mean time three un-known persons obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Kamal Kant No 860 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS

4.      Case FIR No. 71/12 dated 27/04/12 U/S 353, 332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the statement of Sh. Bhabnu Ram S/O Sh. Churu Ram R/O village Gharui PO & Sub Tehsil Nihri at present posted as Secretary in G.P. Jarl Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi HP that on 26/04/12 he was working in the office of the G.P. Jarl and Sh. Shyam Lal, former vice president of G.P. Jarl and Dima Ram were also present there. In the mean time Dalip Singh S/O Sh. Hari Sarn R/O village Banaoun came in the office of G.P. Jaral and started quarrelling with him. On this Sh.  Shyam Lal and Dima Ram said him to go to the out side. On this he went out from the office of G.P. Jarl and after some time he came again and beat him up and also hit him with stone.   ASI Jhabe Ram I/O of P.P. Pangna is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY

5.      Case FIR No. 72/12 dated 27/04/12 U/S 341, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Sh. Nihal Singh S/O Sh. Roop Singh R/O village Anog and Sh Prem Singh S/O Budhi Singh R/O Village Chamorag PO Sainj Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi HP that on 26/04/12 he was going to Sainj by his own vehicle. When he reached at Kufatu  Lal Chand S/O Sh. Jai Ram and Desh Raj S/O Sh. Jai Ram obstructed his way. HC Ashok Kumar No 885 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6.      Case FIR No. 104/12 dated 27/04/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of P.P. Sandhole that on 26/04/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Balachowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML country liquor from a Bolero Mahindra Pick-up (without number) which was driven by Mahajan Singh S/O Sh. Dalip Singh R/O VPO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. P.P. Sandhole. 

CASE OF HURT

7.      Case FIR No. 40/12 dated 27/04/12 U/S 323,325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Mukesh Kumar R/O VPO Gawali Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that on 23/04/12 at about 09.30 PM she was present along with her family in her house. Her husband took liquor and thereafter he beat her up and broke her teeth. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT

8.      Case FIR No. 36/12 dated 27/04/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand Sharma S/O Sh. Dhanjay Sharma R/O Vill. 73/7 Khariri PO Purna Bazaar Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi at presently PMO, BBMB Hospital Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that today at about 10 AM he parked his car (HP31A-2010) in the courtyard of BBMB Hospital Sundernagar. After some time he went to operation theater and the key of said vehicle put on the table in his office. When he came back from operationtheater to his office he didn’t found the key of his car on his table. In the mean time he went to the place of parking to see his vehicle but the same was not there. He suspects that some unknown culprits stole away his above car. ASI Hari Ram I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

9.       71 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
