1. Case FIR No. 33/12 dated 08/04/12 U/S 279,337 IPC
has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh.
Kalu Ram R/O Vill. Katipari Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that on 08/04/12 at
about 11 AM he along his brother-in-law Nanak Chand and his wife Chameli Devi
were going towards Padhar on foot and when they reached at Kothi, a tempo
(HP76-0122) came from Narla side very rashly and hit his brother-in-law Nanak
Chand which was driven by Ankush Sharma S/O Sh. Piar Chand R/O VPO & Tehsil
Padhar Distt. Mandi. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Padhar.

2. Case FIR No. 38/12 dated 08/04/12 U/S 283 IPC has
been registered in P.S. Aut by HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.S. Aut that on
08/04/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Aut and
during the course of patrolling he found that Israeal S/O Sh. Mausam Ali H.No.
133 Muhalla Rakhona-1 Gramnagar Rakhona Distt. Bharaich (UP) was selling
eatable items on the road side by installing his Rehari which was causing
obstruction to the general public. HC Jagdish Chand No. 36 I.O. of P.S. Aut is
investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No.75/12 dated 08/04/12 U/S 283 IPC has
been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar
Mandi that he was on patrolling and traffic checking at Chadyara near
Rani-Ki-Bain and during the course of patrolling and checking traffic he found
that some parked vehicles were causing obstruction to the general public &
traffic. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S.
Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE
4. Accused Mast Ram S/O Sh. Nihala Ram, Rakesh Kumar
@ Rinku S/O Mast Ram, Ramesh Jumar @ Golu S/O Sh. Masat Ram R/O Vill. Bhairu
Stain PO Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi were arrested on 08/04/12 by
ASI Satpal Singh I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar who were wanted in case FIR No.
56/12 dated 06/04/12 U/S 302,341,323,506,34 IPC and they are being produced in
the Ld. Court of JMIC Jogindernagar.
CHALLANS
5. 76 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,700/- was recovered under
M.V.Act, 14 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1400/- was
recovered and 4 challans was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
