CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND’S RELATIVES

1. Case FIR No. 60/12 dated 11/04/12 U/S 498A, 306, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gur Singh S/O Late Sh. Beli Ram R/O Sambla PO Pandoh Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that his daughter Bhima Devi was married with Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ravi Singh R/O Kuthehra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi during the year 2007. After 6/7 months of her marriage, her husband and mother-in-law Smt. Rupa Devi started to torture and beat her up. Due to their harassment on 11/04/12 his daughter took some poisonous substance along with her minor son Aditya and daughter Aditi. His daughter Bhima Devi and her minor son Aditya died due to consumption of poisonous substance whereas her minor daughter Aditi is under treatment at C.H. Jogindernagar. SI Rajender Kumar, Addl. SHO P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING OF WAY, HURT, CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY,  FALSE  EVIDENCE AND OFFENCES BY PUBLIC SERVANTS

2. Case FIR No. 58/12 dated 11/04/12 U/S 149, 341, 323, 120B, 201, 202, 217, 218 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Saurabh Guleria S/O Sh. Yesh Pal R/O Dharrear PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi received U/S 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. in P.S. Jogindernagar that on 04/04/12 at about 11 PM he was going towards his car parked near bus stand Jogindernagar along with his brother Gaurav Guleria, Munish, Ankush, Lakhan Pal and Raman Sharma. Sh. Sarvesh Kumar, Constable   6^th I.R.Bn. along with 15-20 police officials came there and beat him up along with his friends and brother. Police officials restrained to him and his friends at Police Station and Dr. Jayant, MO of C.H. Jogindernagar also did not examine him medically. Inspr. Bishan Dass SHO P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT, MISCHIEF, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 59/12 dated 11/04/12 U/S 379,427,448,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Amar Singh S/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O Vill. Banwar PO Pipli Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that he is serving in HPSEB Ltd. On 10/01/12 Contractor Inder Singh S/O Sh. Kundan Singh R/O Pohal PO Pipli Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi cut down the tress from his land with JCB without his consent he was also threatened to him. ASI Subhash Chand I/C PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING/ABDUCTION AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY

4.      Case FIR No 88/12 dated 11/04/12 U/S 363, 366, 120B IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Jai Singh S/O Sh Parma Ram  Village Lalana PO Marhi  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that on 04/04/12 his minor daughter Nisha Devi went to school but she did not returned back till date. He suspect that Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh Kuldeep, Vidya Devi W/O Kuldeep, Kali Dass S/O Sudama, Pappi Devi W/O Sh. Ishwar Dass kidnapped/abducted her.  ASI Sushil Kumar, Incharger P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case. 

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR  No. 109/12 dated 12/04/12 U/S 325,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Soni Lal R/O Lunapani PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi that on 31/03/12 at about 5.15 PM when she was sitting in her house, in the mean time her  husband Soni Lal started  abusing her and he also beat her up. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I /O of PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

           

6. Case FIR No. 110/12 dated 12/04/12 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hem Singh S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O  Bhadyal PO Tikker Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on today at about 11.15 AM  he was present in his shop, in the mean time Jitender Kumar @ Kalu S/O Ravi Singh R/O Rathoha came to his shop and he started to abuse him and also beat him up.  SI Rajinder Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR No. 108/12 dated 12/04/12 U/S  279, 337IPC and 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Banarsi Dass S/O Sh. Saju Ram R/O VPO Balt Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on today at about 8.45 AM when he reached near  Medical College’s gate for his duty, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP32-0709) came very rashly and hit him and sped away from the spot.  SI Chhota Ram I.O. of  PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF MISSING

8. Subhash Chand S/O Sh. Jagiri Lal R/O Kasarla PO Ratti Distt Mandi reported that on 11/04/12  his daughter namely Suman kumari aged about 17 years old went to school at Bhangrotu for taking admission in 10+2 class but she did not come back so far. He carried out her search every where but she could not be traced out.  Efforts are afoot to trace out the above missing girl.

9. Case FIR No. 85/12 dated 12/04/12 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O Gaddal PO Alathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that today at 05.45 AM he was going to his home and on the way Ramesh Kumar. Krishan Chand, Ram Chand and Jagdish Kumar R/O Gaddal obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Balam Ram No. 540 is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY

10. Case FIR No. 86/12 dated 12/04/12 U/S 341/143 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by Inspr. Surender Kumar SHO P.S. Sadar Mandi that today he was present at BBMB Colony at Jaral, where 20/22 ladies and gents were protesting against BBMB management that the workers who have completed 240 days are not regularized by the BBMB management. They also demanded work for them for 365 days. The above persons obstructed the N.H. 21 from 11 AM to 11.35 AM. ASI Ram Lal I/C PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

11. Case FIR No. 42/12 dated 12/04/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Punam Pathania W/O Sh. Dharamveer Pathania R/O Vill. Jhiri PO Nagwain Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that she was going on morning walk along with her husband at Jhiri, in the mean time a truck (PB10DC-8356) came very rashly and hit her and she sustained injuries. SI Chand Kishore is investigating the case.

12. 78 challans were issued  and  fine of Rs. 13,600/-  was recovered  under M.V.Act, 13 challans  were issued under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1300/-  was recovered  during  last 24 hours.
