1. Case FIR No. 42/12 dated 01/05/12 U/S 451,147,149,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Noor Mahi S/O Sh. Meer Hussain Village Algan PO Batheri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 30/04/12 at about 8.00 PM he was present in his house, in the mean time Lal Hussain S/O Sh. Alam Deen, Baseer S/O Sh. Lal Hussain, Barkat Ali S/O Sh. Ramjan, Ramjan S/O Sh. Fathu, Ali Hussain S/O Sh. Meer Hussain and Musam Ali S/O Sh. Ali Hussain were entered in his house who were equipped with sticks (dandas) and they all beat him up and also threatened to him with dire consequences. HC Nand Lal No. 41 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 97/12 dated 30/04/12 U/S 498A IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Smt. Nisha Devi W/O Sh. Harish Kumar R/O Badhyar PO Bhargoan Sub Tehsil Kotli that on 29/04/12 her husband Harish beat her up and her father-in-law & mother-in- law abused her. Thereafter her mother-in-law and aunt of her husband locked her inside the room. ASI Swaran Roop Singh I.O. of PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 57/12 dated 30/04/12 U/S 341,504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Sharma S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O VPO Kanda Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi that he was going from Bagsaid to Chandigarh by his jeep (HP32A-1903) and when he reached at Chailchowk, Dinu, Dharmu and Naveen obstructed his way and abused him. HC Inder Dev No. 25, I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No 63/12 dated 30/04/12 U/S 341,147, 149,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Hans Raj Verma S/O Sh. Paras Ram t R/O Noulakha PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that on 30/04/12 at 7.30 PM he was standing along with his friend Bhisham Singh Thakur R/O Jahal Tehsil Chachyot near Dhiman Hospital near BBMB lake, in the mean time 8-10 boys came there, obstruct his way and beat him up. HC Ravinder Kumar No 863 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
5. Case FIR No 64/12 dated 01/05/12 U/S 324, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Thakur S/O Sh Hukam Singh R/O Khanokhar PO Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 30/04/12 at about 10.00 PM he was present at Pungh, in the mean time two person namely Dhiraj and Bablu came there, beat him up and he sustained injuries. SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
6. 162 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 14 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
