CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 72/12 dated 14/05/12 U/S 324, 323,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sarvan Kumar
S/O Sh. Thakur Dass R/O vill. Nihari Balh PO Panjalag Tehsil
Jogindernagar Distt.Mandi that on 12/05/12 Ballo S/O Sh. Sukru R/O
vill. Silah caught him from his arm and brought him in a side, in the
mean time some other persons also came there and beat him up and he
sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is
investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, RIOTING AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No 118/12 dated 13/05/12 U/S 341,323,147,149,504 IPC
has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prem
Chand S/O Sh Ganga Ram R/O Village Paniar PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat
Distt. Mandi that on 13/05/12 at about 8.30 PM, he was coming to his
home and when he reached nearby school at Rakhoh, in the mean time
Bhagi Rath, Suresh Kumar, Surender Kumar, Gyan Chand, Shankunla Devi
and Om Chand obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Amrit Lal No
413 I.O. of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No 119/12 dated 14/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered at PS Sarkaghat by ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur that
today at about 1 AM he received information telephonically that a
Nano Car A/F met with an accident near Tarohla. On receiving this
information he visited the spot and found that a one Nano Car A/F
fell down about 70-80 feet downward from the road which was driven by
Sh. Rohit S/O Sh. Chintamani R/O Matehar PO Pehad Tehsil Sarkaghat
Distt Mandi HP and he was sustained injuries. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP
Dharmapur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 108/12 dated 14/05/12 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ganga Ram S/O
Sh. Poshu Ram R/O Sukkakun PO Sehali Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on
13/05/12 at about 09.30 PM he was going to his home and when he
reached at Sukka Kun, he was obstructed by by Sant Ram R/O Kun and
he beat him up. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 is investigating the case.

CHALLAN
5. 124 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 43100/- was recovered
under M.V. Act, 12 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
1200/- and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
