Baral PO Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 20/05/12 at about 02.30 PM a jeep (HP30-0239) met with an accident near Jalpa Mata Mandir Temple at Diddnu. Said jeep was driven by driver Banke Bihari S/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/O VPO Kango Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Gian Chand R/O Tikkri PO Samaila Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 20/05/12 at about 02.30 PM Safi Mohamad S/O Sh. Daula Mohammad R/O VPO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi came to her home and stolen away her mobile phone having approximately value of Rs. 2200/- . ASI Ajeet Singh is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 113/12 dated 20/05/12 U/S 452,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint of Smt. Meera W/O Sh. Jiwan Lal R/O Vill. Gokhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 20/05/12 at about 06.30 PM, Tek Chand @ Labhu Ram S/O Sh. Hari Chand R/O Baloh, Atma Ram and Mohan Lal entered in his house and beat him up. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No. 81/12 dated 21/05/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Shanti Swaroop I.o. of P.S. Sundernagar that today at about 02.10 AM one unknown person informed to PP Slapper telephonically that at Jarol on N.H. 21 a car met with an accident. On this information he went to the spot and found that a car (HP31B-0936) fell down about 200 feet downward from the road and in this mishap one person died and a lady sustained injuries. ASI Shanti Swaroop I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5. Case FIR No. 82/12 dated 21/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Kumari Dimple D/O Sh. Dharam Pal R/O Khanyor PO Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that she is studying in 10+2 class in Govt. SSS Slapper. Today at about 08.30 AM she was going to school along with her friend Anamika and when they reached at Slapper bridge, in the mean time a truck (HP24C-0622) came from Sundernagar side and one rafter of said truck fell down upon her and her friend Anamika fell down on the road and also sustained injuries. HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I.O. of Highway Beat No. Ist is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
6. 74 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 7 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
