CRIME REPORT 5 MAY

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO RASH & NEGLIGENT ACT

1. Case FIR No 108/12 dated 04/05/12 U/S 336,304A IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand
S/O Sh Keshav Ram R/O Village Saraskan PO Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat
Distt. Mandi that on 04/05/12 at about 10.30 AM they were working
at Kamlahu in a newly constructed road under the supervision of Sh.
Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Surjan Singh and sight incahrge Sh. Kripa Ram and
during the course of working, Sh. Milkhi Ram S/O Sh. Sohan Singh R/O
Bhalyar sustained injuries due to debris after blasting and died. HC
Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No 109/12 dated 04/05/12 U/S 451,504 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Bimla Devi W/O
Piar Chand R/O Village Harwan PO Chowk Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi
that on 03/05/12 at about 8.30 PM, Punjab Singh S/O Dile Ram R/O
Harwan entered into her kitchen and abused her. ASI Ajit Singh I/C PP
Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3. Case FIR No. 51/12 dated 05/05/12 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Mathu Ram S/O Sh. Hari
Dass R/O Vill. Murah PO Balichowki Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on
04/05/12 Bittu S/O Sh. Javiter Singh R/O Vill. Chakurath Tehsil
Balichowki Distt. Mandi along with other two persons obstructed his
way and beat him up. ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C P.P. Balichowki is
investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

4. Shali Ram S/O Sh Bhola Ram R/O Village Badani PO Baldwara Tehsil
Sarkaghat Distt Mandi has been arrested U/S 107/151 CrPC by HC Chaman
Lal No 867 I.O. of P.P. Hatli who is being produced before SDM
Sarkaghat. .

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

5. Rohit Sharma @ Galu S/O Sh. Sushil Sharma R/O Barabag and Amit
Kumar S/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Jimjima have been arrested on 05/05/12
U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. by HC Gopal Chand No. 6 I.O. of P.S.
Jogindernagar. These both persons are being produced before the SDM
Jogindernagar.

CHALLANS

6. 133 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 24,300/- was recovered
under M.V. Act and 13 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of
Rs. 1300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
