1. Case FIR No.107/12 dated 12/05/12 U/S 380 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal, M/S Sidhu Ram & Sons, Gandhi Chowk Mandi that on 12/05/12 at 9.30 AM he opened the lock of his shop & put his suitcase & bag in his shop, after few minutes he did not found his suitcase and bag in his shop. Some books, documents, cloths and a leather small bag having Rs. 24000/- as cash were kept in above stolen suitcase by the complainant. HC Vijay Kumar No.405 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT
2. Case FIR No. 74/12 dated 12/05/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Manju Kumari W/O Sh. Vinod Kumar R/O Saryal Chowki Taleli PO & Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that she is working as Anganwari Worker at Saryal Chowk Taleli. On 11/05/12 she locked the door of above anganwari centre and on 12/05/12 morning she fond that the lock of above anganwari centre was broken by some unknown culprits and they stole away one gas cylinder along with regulator and gas pipe. Approximately cost of above stolen property is about Rs. 2,000/-. ASI Gulab Singh I/C PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No. 75/12 dated 12/05/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Gulab Singh I/C PP Dehar that on 12/05/12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Taleli and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML country liquor from the possession of Bhagi Ram S/O Sh. Sudama Ram R/O Khanokhar PO Salwana Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by ASI Gulab Singh I/C P.P. Dehar.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4. Case FIR No. 76/12 dated 13/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 of M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vishal Sharma S/O Sh. Leela Dhar R/O H. No. 401/1 Ward No. 5 Sain Mohalla Mandi that on 12/05/12 he was on his way from Mandi to Chandigarh by a taxi (CH02-3074) along with other two persons and when said vehicle reached at Harabag, in the mean time a tipper (PB65M-5483) came from backside very rashly and hit above taxi from back side. In this accident he along with other all occupants of above vehicle sustained injuries. SI Rattan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5. Case FIR No. 77/12 dated 13/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Marchu Ram R/O Rathawali PO Toun Bharari Devi Distt. Hamirpur that he is driver with truck (HP34-4326) and on 13/05/12 he was going to Barmana to Kamand and when he reached at Kangu, in the mean time a Hywa truck (HP31B-0963) came from Sundernagar side very rashly and struck with his truck and driver of above hywa sustained injuries.ASI Jashbir Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6. Accused Tej Singh @ Biri Singh S/O Sh. Thakru, Gopal S/O Sh. Bhim Sain, Bhim sain S/O Sh. Tej Singh, Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Bhim Sain, Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Bhim Sain, Netar Singh S/O Sh. Bhim Sain all R/O of VPO Tihari Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi have were arrested by HC Prem Singh No. 75. I.O. of P.S. Padhar who were wanted in case FIR No. 47/12 dated 10/05/12 U/S 380,34 IPC.
CASE OF THEFT
7. Case FIR No. 115/12 dated 12/05/12 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Pal, Asstt. Engineer Doordarshan Anurakshan Kendra Mandi that on 03/50/12 he along with technician Kamlesh Chand visited the Doordarshan Kendra Samsoh and during the course of checking they found that some unknown persons stolen away change over unit having approximately cost of Rs. 40,500/-/ HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
8. Case FIR No. 116/12 dated 12/05/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Kripal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bahi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 570 ML country liquor from the possession of Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Bansi Ram R/O Vill. Bahi PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
9. Case FIR No. 117/12 dated 12/05/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sadwal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 63000 ML country liquor from the possession of Dutt Ram S/O Sh. Sihanu Ram R/O Vill. Sadwal PO Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress.
CHALLAN
10. 168 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 60,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 20 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2000/- and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
