registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the written complaint Mohan Lal,
Atma Ram S/O Sh. Sayaru Ram and Tek Singh S/O Sh. Hari Chand R/O Vill.
Gohara PO Baloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 20/05/12 they were
going to their fields, in the mean time Jeewan Lal, Yoginder Pal both
are S/O Sh. Sayaru Ram, Meera Devi W/O Sh. Jiwan Lal, Kanta Devi W/O
Sh. Yoginder Pal, Subham S/O Sh. Yoginder Pal, Rajat S/O Sh. Jiwan
Lal, Karan S/O Sh. Yoginder Pal, Rajo Devi D/O Sh. Jiwan Lal, Dimple
D/O Sh. Jiwan Lal, Pinku @ Priyanka D/O Sh. Jiwan Lal, Devinder S/O
Sh. Puran Chand obstructed their way and beat them up. HC Balam Ram
No. 540 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 80/12 dated 24/05/12 U/S 451,323,506 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint Sh. Surender Kumar
S/O Sh. Puran Chand R/O VPO Saigloo Tehsil Kotli Distt Mandi (HP)
that he is under training at I.T.I. Jogindernagar. Today at about
01-10 PM Ashwani Kumar @ Ashu who is also under training in fitter
trade came in his class room, threatened him that he will kill him.
Some time after he called him out side the class room and beat him up.

case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 146/12 dated 23/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ashif S/O Sh. Mushaq
Ali H.No. 99 Sector 11 Distt. Bilaspur at present shopkeeper at
Dadaur that on 23/05/12 at about 2.30 PM a M/Ccyle (HP33C-0995) came
from Nerchowk side and collided with tractor (HP66-0317) and M/Cycle
rider along with another person sustained injuries. ASI Lachhi Ram
I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dharam Singh S/O Sh.
Tek Chand R/O Vill. Dhadbahan PO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi
(HP) that on 23/05/12 Galelu Ram along with other three persons
obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S.
Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF MISCHIEF AND HURT
5. Case FIR No. 83/12 dated 23/05/12 U/S 430,323,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Tilka Devi W/O
Sh. Balasu Ram R/O Vill. Harol PO Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar Distt.
Mandi that on 23/05/12 her brother-in-law (Jeth) Nageshwar Ram S/O Sh.
Sh. Sidhu Ram and his wife Sakuntla Devi broken the pipe line of her
residential water connection and also beat her up. ASI Shanti Swaroop
I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
6. Case FIR No. 84/12 dated 24/05/12 U/S 279,336 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Sharwan Kumar I.O. of TTR Wing
Sundernagar that today at about 10.30 AM he was on traffic checking at
Purana Bazaar Bus Stand Bhojpur along with other police officials, in
the mean time a truck (PB23G-8765) came from Slapper side very rashly
and negligently which was also over-loaded with Turi which created
danger to the general public and traffic. Said truck was driven by
Lakhbinder Singh S/O Sh. Harbans Singh R/O Guru Nanak Nagar Tehsil and
Dist. Ludhiana (PB). ASI Sharwan Kumar I/C TTR Wing Sundernagar is
investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
7. Case FIR No. 41/12 dated 24/05/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been
registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar HC Chint Ram No. 876 I.O. of
P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that he was on patrolling along with other
police officials at Dhanotu and during the course of patrolling he
recovered 5 liter illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Kubja
Devi W/O Late Sh. Laxman Singh R/O Vill. Dhanotu PO Mahadev Tehsil
Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further
investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Chint Ram No. 876
I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.
CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST
8. Bhadur Singh S/O Sh. Anant Ram R/O Vill. Kaloun PO Padhar Tehsil
Distt. Mandi was arrested U/S 107/151 Cr.P.C. by Const. Rafique
Mohammad No. 692 from Padhar bazaar who is being produced before the
SDM Padhar.

9. 174 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 29100/- was recovered
under M.V. Act and 9 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
