CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 49/12 dated 26/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Padhar by HC Kuldeep Singh No. 148 that he received
telephonic information that an accident took place at Tandu. On
receiving this information he visited the spot and found that a
M/Cycle (HP76-0648) ridden by Satish Kumar and a santro car
(HP28-3411) driven by Ashok Kumar collided with each other at Tandu
due to rash and negligent driving of above both persons and rider of
M/Cycle Satish Kumar sustained injuries. HC Kuldeep Kumar I.O. of P.S.
Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 50/12 dated 26/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O
Sh. Suresh Kumar R/O Village Devdhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that
she along with her husband were going from Mandi towards Padhar by
Scooter (HP 32-0726) and at about 5.45 PM when they reached near Tandu
than one Tempo (PB01-6359) Came from Drang side very rash and
negligently and hit their scooter and she along with her husband
sustained injuries. ASI Charan Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is
investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 87/12 dated 27/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Gomati Devi
W/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O VPO Sayanji Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that
today she was going from Bhanwar to her home and when she reached near
Petrol Pump Salah, in the mean time an alto car (HR49A-8231) came from
Mandi side very rashly, hit her and she sustained injuries. HC Khem
Chand No. 47 I.O. of P.S. TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the
case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTNG WAY AND HURT
4. Case FIR No 132/12 dared 27/05/12 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O
Sh Bhagat Ram R/O Village Langehar PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt
Mandi that today at about 7.30 AM Hukam Chand obstructed his way and
beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Kumar I.O. of PS
Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
5. Case FIR No 117/12 dated 26/05/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Lalita Guleria
W/O Sh. Tamber Bhardwaj R/O Vill. Sehal PO Pair Tehsil Sadar Distt.
Mandi that on 26/05/12 at about 04.30 PM she was going to her house
and on the way Chand Dev obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Anil
Kumar No. 406 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT AND UNDER INDIAN FOREST ACT
6. Case FIR No. 118/12 dated 27/05/12 U/S 379 IPC & U/S 41,42 of I.F.
Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Brij Lal I.O. of
P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 26/05/12 at about 10.15 PM he was on traffic
checking along with other police officials and during the course of
checking of a Volvo Bus (HP01-3569) near check post at Bindrabani he
recovered 17 bags of herbs (Nag Chhatri) from the dickey of above bus
which was possessed by Norjing S/O Sh. Pamu R/O VPO Poru Tehsil Mungo
Distt. Jumla Nepal. Accused has been arrested and further
investigation of the case is on progress which is being carried out by
ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
7. Case FIR No. 119/12 dated 27/05/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Kumari Lata D/O Sh.
Hem Singh R/O Vill. Jaloun PO Baryara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that
on 26/05/12 at about 09.30 PM she was doing her school work, in the
mean time her sister-in-law (Bhabhi) Bhawna Devi and her aunt (Tai)
Lajja Devi were quarreling with themselves. On this he went to there
and Bhawna Devi beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Rajmal No.
856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
8. Case FIR No. 148/12 dated 27/05/12 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has
been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Surender Kumar
S/O Sh. Bishan Dass R/O Vill. Bhayarta PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt.
Mandi that today at about 9 AM he was sleeping in his house, in the
mean time Durga Dass, Kuldeep, Suresh and Midku entered in his
courtyard and beat him up along with his mother and they sustained
injuries. HC Lal Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

9. Case FIR No. 149/12 dated 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in
P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Durga Dass S/O Sh. Rawalu Ram R/O
Bhayarta PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 27/05/12 at
about 9 AM he was going to his house, in the mean time Surender Kumar
and Satish Kumar obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Kuldeep Singh
I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN
10. 95 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 18,300/- was recovered
under M.V. Act, 5 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
500/- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act during
last 24 hours.
