CASE OF RIOTING & HURT
1. Case FIR No. 75/12 dated 17/05/12 U/S 147,149,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Dass @ Ballo S/O Sh. Sukru Ram R/O vill Silah PO Khazoor Tehsil Ladbharol Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt.Mandi (H.P) that on 13/05/12 Lucky S/O Sh Pyar Chand, Bablu S/O Sh. Pan Singh, Sarvan S/P Sh. Thakur Dass, Om Parkash S/O Sh. Bainsi Ram, Gomati Devi W/O Sh. Thakur Dass beat him up along with his neighbors. HC Mangat Ram No 898 I.O. of P.P. Ladbharol is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 76/12 dated 17/05/12 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Daljinder Kumar S/O Sh. Purshotam Lal R/O VPO Balghar Tehsil & Distt Kangra (HP) that he is working as driver in HRTC depot Kelong and 17/05/12 he was on his way from Manali to Katra with HRTC bus which was bound from Manali to Katra and when he reached at Dhelu more at about 10.20 PM, in the mean time a maruti van No HP37B-3307 came from Chauntra side very rashly and struck with his bus and broke the mudguard and bumper of his bus. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Bihari Lal R/O VPO Jandpur Tehsil Baijnath Distt.Mandi(HP) was driving said van. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
3. Case FIR No 125/12 dated 17/05/12 U/S 324,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Lala Ram S/O Sh Paushu Ram R/O Sadoh PO Tikkar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP that on 17/05/12 at about 6.30 PM, Ram Lal and his mother Barfi Devi beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Naresh Kumar IO of PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 109 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.900/- during last 24 hours.
