1. Case FIR No.112/12 dated 19/05/12.U/S 451,323,506,427,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Gurcharan Singh S/O Sh. Gurdayal Singh R/O Tarna H. No.336/11 Thanera Mohalla Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi( HP) that on 19/05/12 at about 9.30 PM five persons came in an alto car for taking meal in his restaurant and after taking their meal they refused to pay the bill and they damaged the crockery and glass of the door of his restaurant and also beat him up. ASI Sawranroop Singh I.O. of PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF MURDER
2. A Case FIR No 82/12 dated 20/5/12 U/S 302 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O village Gadhachh PO Rakol Sub Tehsil Nihari Distt Mandi (HP) that on 19/05/12 he was working as labourer in primary School Gadhachh at 5 pm after leaving his work he was going to his home and when he reached near the house of Sh. Bhagat Ram he heard some noise and he went there and saw Kaula Ram S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram Vill. Gadhachh was carrying a stone in his hand and threatening his parents. On this all resident of the locality also came there, they caught above Kaula Ram and brought him to his room and there said Kaula Ram revealed out that he threw his 3 years old son Sunil Kumar from Odidhar. On this he went along with other villagers to Odidhar and saw that Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Kaula Ram was found dead near about 300 feet down on a hill slope at Odidhar. ASI Jhabe Ram I/C PP Pangna is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. A Case FIR No 83/12 dated 20/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Iagat Ram village Banesh PO Dharmour Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP) that on 19/05/12 at 5 AM a M/Cycle fell down from the road near his home. On this he went on the spot and found that rider of M/Cycle (HP31A-5422) namely Mani Chand S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram Village Sadhai PO Churag Tehsil Karsog was lying there in injured condition. On this he called on 108 and sent him to CH Karsog for treatment. HC Ranjeet Singh No 71 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT
4. A Case FIR No 60/12 dated 19/5/12 U/S 451,323IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Karishna Devi W/O Sh. Naresh Kumar VPO Shalla Tehsil Chachiot Distt Mandi (HP) that on 19/5/12 at 6.00 PM she was present in her room, in the mean time her father-in-law Chet Ram entered in her room and beat her up. HC Inder Dev No.35 I.O. of PS Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF THEFT AND RECEIVING OF STOLEN PROPERTY
5. Case FIR No 80/12 dated 19/5/12 U/S 379,411,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar by ASI Joginder Singh I/O P.S. Sundernagar that on 19/05/12 was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 30 bags of cement of Govt. Supply from the possession of Baldev Singh & Bhagat Ram both S/O Shankar Singh R/O Village Bari P/O Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of PS Sundernagar is investigating the case
CASE OF HURT
6. Case FIR No. 144/12 dated 20/05/12 U/S 324,323,34 IPC has been registered on the written complaint of Sh. Nand Lal S/O Sh. Ghanshyam R/O Ner Dhangu PO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 19/05/12 at about 11 PM he was sleeping in his room, in the mean time some persons called him outside and when he came out from his house they all beat him up. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
7. 90 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 8 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- and 1 challan issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
