CASE OF ATTEMPT TO COMMIT SUICIDE

1. Case FIR No 65/12 dated 02/05/12 U/S 309 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Ganga Singh S/O Sh. Sher
Singh VPO Ghangnu Tehsil Sundernagr Distt. Mandi that on 01/05/12 he
was sitting along with his family members in his kitchen. He asked her
wife to make a cup of tea for his uncle but his uncle. In the mean
time his wife left the kitchen and after some time he called her but
she didn't reply . On this he went to the outside from the kitchen and
called his wife but she didn't respond. On this he opened the door of
his room and saw that his wife Khimi Devi hanged herself with her
dupta and tried to commit suicide. ASI Joginder Singh, I.O. of P.S.
Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 66/12 dated 02/50/12 U/S 341,323,427,506 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chet Ram S/O
Sh. Dila Ram R/O Vill. Kunaile PO Nalag Tehsil Sundernagar Distt.
Mandi that on 02/05/12 he was going to his home along with Gurdass Ram
by his car (HP31A-5732) and when he reached at Rehari, Jaishu S/O Sh.
Amar Singh R/O Vill. Fagla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi stopped his
car, abused him and also threw an empty bottle on his car and broke
the windsheet of his car. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is
investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

3. Case FIR No. 73/12 dated 03/05/12 U/S 451 IPC has been registered
in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Sh. Smt. Krishna W/O Sh.
Raj Kumar R/O Vill. Mamel PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that she is
residing separately from her husband along with her children and the
court has been ordered sum of Rs. 2500/- per month as maintenance
allowance to her from her husband. On 01/05/12 Raj Kumar husband of
the complainant tried to enter in the rental room of the complainant
and he also tried to beat her up. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.o. of P.S.
Karsog is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

4. Accused Karam Chand S/O Sh. Gauri Dutt R/O Vill. Kamand PO Chowki
Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi was arrested by ASI Trilok Chand I.O.
of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar who was wanted in case FIR No. 97/11
dated 12/11/11 U/S 420,467,468,471 IPC of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar.

CASE OF HURT & INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 100/12 dated 02/05/12 U/S 323,325,504,34 IPC has been
registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Kishan Chand
S/O Sh. Kalu Ram R/O Vill. Sain Chopra PO Suradi Tehsil Sadar Distt.
Mandi that on 22/03/12 he was going to his home, three persons namely
Prem Singh S/O Sh. Mohar Singh R/O Vill. Kusbara PO Saleter, Bhup
Singh S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Sarwal PO Saletar and one unknown person
came by a Tata Sumo (Registration number not known), beat him up and
also abused him. ASI Bidhi Chand I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is
investigating the case.

CHALLANS

6. 116 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,000/- was recovered
under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.
200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
