Gian Chand R/O Village Plasi PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that some unknown persons kidnapped his daughter Priyanka who is minor. ASI Ajit Singh I/C PP Hattli is investigating the case.

Amar Singh R/O vill Khalyana PO Barchhban Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that on 22/05/12 at about 7 PM he was going to his home and when he reached at Trifalghat, Goldy R/O vill Behal Nabana along with his friends came there, obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal I.O. of PP Hattli is investigating the case.

Bhader Singh VPO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that on 22/05/12 at about 7 PM he was going to his home and when he reached near Tihra, Surender Pal S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram, Bhagmal S/O Bhagat Ram, Prithabi Chand S/O Lachman Dass, Mangal Ram S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O vill Tihara obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Subhash Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4. Case FIR No. 145/12 dated 22/05/12 U/S 341,336,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Kusma Devi W/O Sh. Kushal Chand R/O Vill. Ropari PO Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 22/05/12 she was going along with Rukmani Devi and Bandna Devi to her house and when they reached near Panchayat Ghar Ropari, in the mean time Khem Singh S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O Ropari PO Baggi Tehsil Sadar Mandi obstructed her way and abused her and when she sped away from there he pelted stone on her and also threatened to her. SI Chhota Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5. Case FIR No. 79/12 dated 22/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Kalchna Devi Wd/O Sh. Parma Ram R/O VPO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 21/05/12 she was travelling by a bus HP03B-6069 and when said bus reached at Har and when she was coming out from said bus, driver started the bus at once and she fell down and sustained injuries. This incident took place due to rash and negligent driving of driver Sudesh Kumar S/O Sh. Kahan Chand R/O Vill. Gunehar PO Bir Tehsil Baijnath Distt. Kangra. HC Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
6. 103 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 11,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
