CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 111/12 dated 10/05/12 U/S 451,504,323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh Jagdish Chand Village Batel PO Tikkri Sadhwani Tehssil Sarkaghat that on 09/05/12 he was present in his brother's house, in the mean time Madan Lal his son Rajeev and Tarsem entered in the courtyard of his brother's house and beat him up along with his father. HC Chaman Lal No 887 I.O. of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, INTIMIDATION & HURT

2. Case FIR No. 112/12 dated 10/05/12 U/S 341,504,323, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Madan Lal S/O Sh Gobind Ram R/O Village Batail PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat that on 09/05/12, he was going to his house, in the mean time Sanjeev Kumar, Jagdish Chand and Bhago Devi obstructed his way and beat him up alongwith his son. HC Chaman Lal No 887 I.O. of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 45/12 dated 09/05/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Devi Singh S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Village Masheran PO Palli Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi HP that on 09/05/12 at about 12.30 PM he was going by M/Cycle (HP29-1764) alongwith Sh. Tek Singh S/O Sh. Mool Raj R/O Maseran towards Padhar and when they reached at Mohardhar, in the mean time a Santro Car (HP34B-3531) which was driven by Suman Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Chander Vill Palshar PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt Mandi came from Padhar side very rashly and negligently and hit his M/Cycle and Tek Singh sustained injuries. HC Hari Singh I/O of PS Padhar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR NO. 46/12 dated 09/05/12 U/S 452,354,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Meera Devi W/O Sh Ram Lal R/O Vill. Thuj PO Barot Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi that on 09/05/12 at about 12.30 PM she was present in her house, in the mean time Vipan Kumar S/O Sh Karam Singh R/O Vill Thuj PO Barot Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi entered in her room and tried to outrage her modesty and he beat her up. And also threatened to her. HC Nand Lal NO.41 I.O. of PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 141/12 dated 10/05/12 U/S 452,323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Rewati Devi W/O Sh. Vishal R/O Dharwahan PO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that during the intervening night of 09-10/05/12 at 12.30 AM she was sleeping in her house along with her family, in the mean time Nand Lal S/O Sh. Ghanshyam R/O Ner Dhangu PO Ner Chowk came along with another two persons in her courtyard and they all beat her up along with her husband Vishal. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

6. Case FIR No. 142/12 dated 10/05/12 U/S 457/380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Nilay Marwah S/O Sh. Raj Kumar Marwah VPO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi owner of Career Development, Marwah Complex Bhangrotu that today morning he opened his office and he saw that back door of his house was broken and computer along with other accessories, water lifting pump and toolkit of his car was stolen away by some unknown persons from his office during the intervening night of 09-10/05/12. Approximately value of stolen property is about Rs. 30,0000/-. Above stolen property was recovered from accused Varun @ Niju S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Chak-Ka-Goahr PO Bhangrotu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi and he was arrested in this case by ASI Karam Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh who is investigating this case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

7. Accused Pushap Raj @ Sanju S/O Sh. Hari Ram, Raj Kiran S/O Sh. Hari Ram both are resident of VPO Maloh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi were arrested on 09/05/12 by ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar who were wanted in case FIR NO. 60/12 dated 26/04/12 U/S 341,323,307,34 IPC.

CHALLANS

8. 109 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,800/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 10 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
