Tulsi Ram Verma R/O Village Dhangu PO Ratti Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP that 03/12/2015 at 07 PM PM his son Bihari Lal came to home in drunken condition and threaten him, his wife Sunehri Devi and his daughter-in-law Ruchi with dire consequences. Case FIR No. 80/15 dated 07/12/15 U/S 411 IPC has been registered in PS Dharampur by HC Sarwan Kumar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Samoud and during the course of patrolling he recovered 67.8KG copper from the possession of Biri Singh S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram VPO Samoud Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. HC Sarwan Kumar I/O of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
Case FIR No. 81/15 dated 08/12/15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Hari Singh S/O Sh. Bhreptu Ram R/O Vill. Kathaili Balh PO Loungani Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP that on 07/12/15 he was going to his home at that time Ravi Kant S/O Sh. Prem Singh and an unknown person obstructed his way, threatened him and beat him up. ASI Bidhi Chand I/O PS Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
Case FIR No. 191/15 dated 08/12/15 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered by HC Anil Kumar No 412 I/O of Police Post Lad-Bharol that today at about 1.15 AM one Alto Car No. HP53-1751, which was on its way from Bhagehar to Kasehra, carrying about 7 persons, while the car reached at Bahi Kotla the driver lost the control over the car and it rolled down from the road about 150 meter deep, resulting six persons namely Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Singhu Ram, age 60 years, Sh. Achhar Singh S/O Sh. Kanhaya Lal age 50 years, Smt. Meera Devi W/O Sh. Acchar Singh age 44 years, Smt. Babli Devi W/O Sh. Raghubir Singh age 42 years, Smt. Parvati Devi W/O Sh. Kanhaya Lal age 65 years, Smt. Satya Devi W/O Sh. Raj Mal age 44 years all resident of village Kasehra PO Khajoor Tehsil Ladbharol Distt. Mandi (HP) died on the spot and one person namely Sh. Deva Nand S/O Sh. Diwan Chand sustained injuries. Local police rushed to the spot to rescue the injured persons and injured Sh. Deva Nand admitted to RPMGC Tanda. HC Anil Kumar I/O PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

No. 68/5 Palace Colony Sadar Mandi HP that on 07/12/15 at 7:15 PM Tarun Kumar came to his shop near Hospital road with his friends and broke chairs, bench, Counter etc. and threatened him and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I/O PP City is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 301/15 dated 8/12/15 U/S 452,323,147,149 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the Complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O H. No. 289/5 Ganpati Road Mandi Distt. Mandi that on 07/12/15 at about 7:30 PM Mohammad Salim & Mahboob along with 4-5 other persons entered in his shop, threatened him and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Dola Ram No.869 I/O PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 302/15 dated 8/12/15 U/S 452, 323, 427,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the Complaint of Sh. Tarun Mahajan S/O Sh. Manohar Lal R/O House No. 202/3 Palace Colony Mandi Distt. Mandi HP that on 07/12/15 at about 7:30 PM he had gone to Mohammad Salim to collect the rent of his shop, but Mohammad Salim along with Mahboob, Furkan & Jashu beat him up and he sustained injuries and he ran to escape himself to his home but they also entered in his home and broke some articles of his home. They also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Inder Singh No. 07 I/O of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

No. 136/11 Thanehra Mohlla Mandi Distt Mandi HP that today at about 12:30PM when he along with his brother Onkar Singh and Patwari went to visit the spot and reached near the house of Ajay Kumar in the mean time Ajay Kumar and his daughter obstructed their way and beat them up. They also threatened them. ASI Chaman Lal I/C PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 304/15 dated 08/12/15 U/S 452,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Baldev Chand R/O H. No. 137/10 School Bazaar Mandi that today at about 11:15 AM when he along with his daughter were present at his home in the mean time Balwinder Singh along with his brother Onkar Singh and 3-4 persons entered in the boundary of his house and they beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Inder Singh No. 07 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
158 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 18,100/- was recovered, 15 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1500/- and 4 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 800 was recovered during last 24 hours.
