1 Case FIR No. 339/15 dated 15/12/15 U/S 341, 504, 506, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Khem Singh S/O Sh. Jodh Singh R/O Darbyas PO Thinagalu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that DharmPal and his Mother obstructed his way and beat him up and also threaten him with dire consequences. HC Chaman Lal No. 28 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 307/15 dated 15/12/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Jitender Kumar S/O Sh. Parmanand R/O Lanjanu PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/12/15 he alongwith Hem Chand were coming from Nerchowk towards Mandi by Motor Cycle(HP33D-0668) and when they reached near Rani-Ki-Bain, in the mean time a School Bus (HP33C-4950) came from opposite side and hit said Motor Cycle and they both sustained injuries. ASI Chatter Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3 CASE FIR NO 306/15 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC PS Sarkaghat has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Rakesh Kumar R/O Bakarta PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today she alongwith Vidya Devi were working in their home, in the mean time Sumna Devi W/O Dalip R/O Ropar P.O. Jandhru-Kalan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed them and beat her up . ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
4 Case FIR No. 309/15 dated 15/12/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Rajender Thakur I/C of PP Slapper that on 15/12/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials near Slapper Bridge and during the course of checking of Car(HP33T- 9471) he recovered 52 Grams Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of Rakesh Kumar S/O Late. Sh. Shankar Dass R/O Syanj Distt. Mandi (HP). Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Rajender Thakur I/C of PP Slapper.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND MISCHIEF
5 Case FIR No. 310/15 dated 16/12/15 U/S 452, 323, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Sai P.O. Jughan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/12/15 he was taking the dinner alongwith his family at home, in the meant time Dumanu Ram came alongwith unknown persons, entered in his courtyard and beat him up and he sustained injuries and also broke the main door of his home. SI Manmohan Singh I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
6 Case FIR No. 136/15 dated 16/12/15 U/S 39 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C of PP Nihri that on 15/12/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at near Govt. College Nihri and during the course of patrolling he recovered 4500 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Iswar Dass S/O Sh. Tawaru Ram R/O Parali Sub- Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C of PP Nihri is investigating the case.
