Neelu @Anil Kumar S/O Sh.Surender Pal R/O Vill. Batoh P.O. Masern Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P), 3. Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Surender Pal R/O Vill. Batoh P.O. Masern Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P) & Surender Pal Father of Sunny @ Sunil Kumar R/O Vill. Batoh P.O. Masern Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi kidnapped his daughter with the intention to marry with Sunil Kumar . ASI Trilok Chand I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 317/15 dated 29/12/15 U/S 447, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Inder Singh S/O Sh. Kansi Ram R/O Narola P.O. Narola Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that Hans Raj resident of the same locality entered in his land ( Khasara No. 290) alongwith his wife namely Kamla Devi, and daughters Sonu & Monu and also threatened him with dire consequences . ASI Chiranji Lal I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 CaseFIRNo.120/115 date 29/12/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 22 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Kaltu Ram S/O Late. Sh. Paramdev R/O Markhan PO Jhatingri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT , ASSAULT AND INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 201/15 dated 29/12/15 U/S 341, 323, 352, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj Bharti S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal R/O Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/12/15 he was going to Hospital in the mean time driver of HRTC Bus (HP53A-1789) Baijnath Depot , obstructed his way , abused him and also threatened him with dire consequences . HC Thakur Singh I.O. of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

Nirmal Singh S/O Prittam Singh R/O Jail Road Mandi HP age 40 Years. (1 Gram Smack )
Arrested persons will be produced before the Ld Court of JMIC-III Mandi on 30.12.2015 AN .
156 Vehciles were challaned under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 23,700 /- was recovered and 4 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 400 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
