CRIME REPORT ON 26 DECEMBER


CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 314/15 dated 25/12/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat, on the complaint of Sh. Bhup Singh S/O Sh. Mahant Ram Village Baggi PO Khahan Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 25/12/2015 about12:30 PM  he was present near Surya Ra Galu in the mean time a pick up jeep (HP65-2641) came from Baggi side towards Durgapur and fell down about 150feet. In this accident three  persons sustained  injuries and driver  Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Bhag Singh Village Khuddi PO Khahan sustained injuries. SI Nardev Singh I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2.      Case FIR No. 200/15 dated 25/12/2015 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar,  on the complaint of Sh. Amir Khan S/O Sh. Kashmir Khan R/O Vill.  Viru PO & Tehsil  Lad Bharol Distt Mandi (HP) that on  25/12/2015 he  was coming to his quarter at Samlot  after attending coaching class in the mean time three persons namely Prashant @ Panku  S/O Rajmal R/O Chakrahan, Amit Kumar S/O Sh. Gopal Dass R/O Ropru and  Ankit  Rana S/O Raj Kumar R/O Pharsi Tehsil Lad Bharol Distt Mandi  obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Hoshiyar Singh I/O PS Joginder Nagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

3.      Case FIR No.114/15 dated 25/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Padhar, by HC Dhani Ram that on 25/12/15 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kumharda and during the course of patrolling  he found some construction material laid on the road by Sher Singh S/O Manglu Ram Village Kumharda PO  Padwahan Tehsil and PS Padhar Distt Mandi HP, which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Dhani Ram I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No.312/15 dated 26/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar, by HC Inder Singh that on 26/12/15 at 11:30AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Tarna Road and during the course of patrolling  he found that a temporary tea stall was constructed on the road by Som Raj S/O Sh. Jagdish Kumar R/O H. No. 244/11 Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP, which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Inder Singh I/O PS Sadar is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No.358/15 dated 26/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Balh, by HC Dharmender Singh that on 26/12/15 at 01:20 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nerchowk and during the course of patrolling  he found that a Rehri was laid on the road by Shiv Lal S/O Sh. Singh Ram R/O Ghatta PO Kummi Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP, which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Dharmender Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No.359/15 dated 26/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Balh, by ASI Lakshmi Chand that on 26/12/15 at 01:30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nerchowk and during the course of patrolling  he found that a Rehri was laid on the road by Prakash Chand S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O VPO Dhaban Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP, which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. ASI Lakshmi Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case

 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

7.      Case FIR No.186/15 dated 25/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog,  by HC Tej Singh that on 25/12/15 in the evening time he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Karsog Bazar and during the course of patrolling  he found that a Rehri was laid on the road by Net Ram S/O Sh. Dhani Ram Village Johad PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi HP, which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Tej Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

8.      200 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 40100/- was recovered and 04 Challans were issued under COTPA  Act and fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4500/- was recoverd during last 24 hours.
