CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 329/15 dated 08/12/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Karam Singh S/O Sh. Nota Ram R/O Bagla PO Badsu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/12/2015 at about 05.45 PM a car (HP 33D-2667) came from Nerchowk side and truck (HP65-4511) came from Mandi side were collided and driver of said car along with other occupant sustained injuries. HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
2. Case FIR No. 302/15 dated 09/12/2015 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sunehra Devi W/O Sh. Garja Ram R/o Saroh PO Sudahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/12/2015 Kirpa Ram R/O Ghungar obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3. 175 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 17,500/- was recovered, 14 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1600/- and 1 challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4600 was recovered during last 24 hours.
