CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 184/15 dated 11/12/15 U/S 452, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.Gohar on the complaint of Smt.  Uma Devi W/O Sh. Tule Ram R/O Badechi PO  Kalhani Tehsil   Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 10/12/15   she was  present in her home alongwith  her family members , in the mean time  Karam Chand  Damodari, Jitender Kumar &  Chandermani  entered in her home , beat her up   and she sustained injuries.  HC  Sarwan Kumar  No. 917  I.O. of PP  Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND INTIMIDATION  

                       

2          Case FIR No. 306/15 dated 12/12/15 U/S 353, 336, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Amar Singh  S/O Sh. Pali Ram RO Village Kandhar PO Khurahal Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt.  Mandi (HP) at  present  working as driver  in HRTC  Bus  Depot  Sundernagar. Today  he was on duty    Snihan  to   Sundernagar  route  with  Bus (HP31B-2196),  in the mean time   Kamal  Kishor S/O Sh. Sukh Ram RO  Batwada Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  beat him up  and also pushed outside from the Bus .  ASI  Rajender Thakur  I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.  

                                                    

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 

3          Case FIR No.  333/15 dated 12/12/15  U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  SI  Ashwani Kumar I/C of PP  Rewalsar that  today  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police  officials  at Taryambi and during the course  of  patrolling he found that  a heap of  sand and stones on the road  laid by  Hans Raj S/O Sh. Thakur Ram R/O Taryambli Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing  obstruction to the general public  as well as traffic . SI  Ashwani Kumar  I/C of PP  Rewalsar is investigating the case.

4          Case FIR No.  334/15 dated 12/12/15  U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  SI  Ashwani Kumar I/C of PP  Rewalsar that  today   he was on patrolling  alongwith other police  officials  at Taryambi and during the course  of  patrolling he found that  a heap of  sand and stones  laid on  the road by  Payare  Lal  S/O Sh.  Dila  Ram  R/O  Tryambli Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing  obstruction to the general public  as well as traffic . SI  Ashwani Kumar  I/C of PP  Rewalsar is investigating the case.
