CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 298/15 dated 06/12/2015 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that today about 12.30 PM he laid nakka along with other police official at Pungh, in the mean time a M/Cycle (PB70B-1426) came from Sundernagar side and during the course of checking its rider namely Jasvir Singh S/O Sh. Rajender Singh R/O Vill. Bhankhar PO  Derabssi Distt. Mahli Punjab he recovered 802 Gram cannabis (Charas) from his possession.  HC Tek Chand No. 3 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING, FORGERY, CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AND FALSE EVIDENCE

1. Case FIR No. 298/12 dated 05/12/2015 U/S 420,467,468,469,193,196, 201,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the written complaint of Sh. Bhagi Rath S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Vill. Kuther PO Dev Bararta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) against Smt. Sapna Devi Ex Pradhan Panchayat Chowk, Lekh Raj Secretary G.P. Chowk and other 12 persons who misuse their powers and misappropriate the government money. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 181/15 dated 05/12/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh.  Saran Dass S/O Sh. Sunder Singh R/O Dinghthachi PO Bagachanogi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/12/2015 at about 08.30AM he along with Sh.Chet Ram, Smt. Besaru Devi and his son Sh. Jhave Ram were unloading slates from a truck (HP32A-1896), in the mean time driver Bansi Lal S/O Late Sh. Leela Mani R/O Khunachi PO Baggachanogi lost control over said truck and they all sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of P.P. Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 296/15 dated 05/12/2015 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Manjul Kumar S/O Sh. Ravi Kumar R/O Sukhshal PO Samrahan Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/12/2015 Rupesh Kumar and his friends obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 297/15 dated 06/12/2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Bhuri Singh S/O Late Sh. Mohan Singh R/O Vill. Satahan PO Lagdhar Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/12/2015 he was working along with Sh. Darshan Kumar near village Satahan, in the mean time a vehicle HP63-1109 came from Dharampur side very rashly and fell down from the road. In this mishap one person namely Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Girdhari Lal R/O Vill. Upparli Surari PO Khadyad Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi aged   33 years old died on the spot and other two occupants sustained injuries. HC Ashok Kumar incharge P.P. Kotli is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 131/15 dated 06/12/2015 U/S 451,147,148,149,341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Anti Devi W/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Samkal PO Uppar Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/12/2015 at about 10.45 AM Rajender Kumar, Banti Devi, Ganga Ram, Mandyali Devi, Saniya, Jagdish and Karju entered in her courtyard and beat her along with  Smt.  Sani Devi. HC Vinod Kumar No. 883 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 132/15 dated 06/12/2015 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Darshnu Devi W/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Vill. Samkal PO Upper Behali Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/12/2015 at about 10.40 AM Subhash @ Monu, Anti Devi and Somia obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 130/15 dated 05/12/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC  and U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kamal Kant S/O Sh. Ram Dass R/O Dhanotu Chowk PO Mahadev Tehsil Sunderngar Distt.  Mandi that on 05/12/2015 a truck came from Sundernagar side and hit a scooty (HP31A-7366) and sped away from the spot. HC Ram Lal No. 543 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 326/15 dated 05/12/2015 U/S 341,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Rajender Singh R/O Bhatehra PO Brikhmani Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 05/12/2015 Sahil and Rishi R/O Salwahan beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCITNG WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 327/15 dated 06/12/2015 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Sohan Singh R/O Ropri PO Baggi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/12/2015 at about 09.30 AM Balbir Singh, Meera Devi and Pushap Raj beat him up along with his wife and they both  sustained injuries. SI Kuldeep Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1. 173 Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 21,800 /-  was  recovered  and  6  challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 600/-  was recovered  during last 24 hours.
