CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

1          Case FIR No. 340/15 dated 16/12/2015 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered  in  PS Balh, by Insp. Sanjeev Sood that on 16/12/2015 at about 5:20 PM, he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Majaithal and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 05 Liters of  Illicit liquor from the possession of Hari Singh @ Ghannu R/O Majaithal Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP). Insp Sanjeev Sood SHO PS Balh is investigating the case.

2          Case FIR No. 341/15 dated 16/12/2015 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered  in PS Balh, by SI Kuldeep Chand  that on 16/12/2015 at about 6:20 PM, he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Majaithal and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 05 Liters of  Illicit liquor from the possession of Hima Devi W/O Sh. Ram  R/O Majaithal Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP). SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

3       Case FIR No. 308/15 dated 17/12/15 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of     Sh. Kiran Kumar S/O Sh. Keshav Dutt Sharma R/O Vill. Natnehar PO Randhara Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP that on  17/12/15 at about 1:15 AM he along with his friend namely Mahender Parkash were coming from Bajaura to Mandi by a Car No. HP10-7171 and when they reached near Deod Mode at that time two persons with their Truck  No. HP34B-0246 obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Yash Pal I/O PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

4          Case FIR No. 309/15 dated 17/12/15  U/S 341,  323, 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Birender Kumar S/O Sh. Raj  Kumar R/O  VPO Shiva Badar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  on   17/12/15 he was  going  by  Truck(HP34B-0246)  and  when they reached  near  Deod  mode in the mean time a Car (HP10-7171)  came   from Kullu side  and three  person came out from the  said  car, obstructed  their way  and beat him up  alongwith  truck cleaner  Pawan Kumar  and  they sustained injuries.  ASI  Hem Raj  I/C of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

5          Case FIR N      o. 137/15 dated 16/12/15  U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Rumati Devi W/O Sh. Gopal Singh  R/O  Warat PO  Nihari Distt.  Mandi  (HP) that  on 15/12/15  Om Parkash S/O Sh. Doda Ram   resident of  the same locality  obstructed   her way and beat  her up and   also threatened  her with dire consequences.  ASI  Khalil Ahmad I/C of  PP  Nihri is investigating  the case.

6         149  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 16,700/- was recovered and 5 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
