CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1          Case FIR No. 144/15 dated 24/12/15 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of  a  person  R/O Saya ( Shandra) P.O. Jhungi  Sub- Tehsil Nihari  Distt. Mandi (HP) that  his   daughter is missing since  15/12/15   and   on 24/12/15  he came to know that   a person namely  Bobby R/O  Shimla Distt. Shimla  has  kidnapped   his daughter  with the  intention  to marry  with  her .  ASI  Khalil Ahmed  I/C of PP Nihari is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT, MISCHIEF  AND INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No.  311/15 dated 25/12/15 U/S 279, 427, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Tek Chand S/O Sh. Samoun PO Bihun Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that  he is working  in Hotel  Bhaskar. On  24/12/15  he was present near said Hotel, in the  mean time a  Car  No. HP33E(T)-9490 which  was driven by  Jagdish Kumar S/O Sh.  Ram Singh  VPO  Majhwar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP)  came rashly and  hit  to the stair of said hotel . HC  Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating the case. 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 313/15 dated 24/12/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by  SI (Prob) Rajesh Kumar  that  on 24/12/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Longni  and during the course of patrolling he   recovered  6 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Sanjay Kumar  S/O Sh. Ram Chand R/O Roso PO Sadhot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  (HP).  SI  (Prob)  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

4         Case FIR No. 184/15 dated 24/12/15  U/S 283  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by  HC  Ashok  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that  on 24 /12/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Karsog and during the course of patrolling he  found that  a Rehri  was laid  on the road by Smt.  Dhurpati W/O Sh. Abhilash Shahni R/O  Nayara PO Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  which was causing obstruction  to the general public as well as traffic.  HC  Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

5          Case FIR No. 185/15 dated 25/12/15  U/S 283  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  by  HC   Tej  Singh   I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that  on  today  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Karsog and during the course of patrolling he  found that  a Rehri  was laid  on the road by Tawaru Ram S/O Sh. Mahant Ram village Nayara PO& Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP)  which was causing obstruction  to the general public as well as traffic.  HC   Tej Singh  No.  55 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

 6         216  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 40,000/- was recovered and 4 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
