CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No 135/2015 dated 23/12/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 M.V. ACT has been registered  at PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Malik Kumar S/O Sh. Nar Singh  Village Shogha P.O. Kothi Tehsil & P.S Anni Distt Kullu (HP) at Present driver  in HRTC Kullu depot. On 23/12/15 his duty was engaged on Manali to Delhi route with Bus No HP63-7553  and at about  05:15 PM  when he reached at Rains Nala a  Car No PB35F-7320 came from Mandi side very rashly and collided with the Bus. In this accident four passengers of the carsustained injuries. HC Anil Kumar I/O PS AUT is investigating the case.     

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 310/15 dated 23/12/15 U/S 341, 323, 506 IPC has been registered in  PS Sadar on the complaint of  Smt. Vandu Devi W/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Village Roparu, PO Surari,  Tehsil Kotli, District Mandi (HP)  that on  23/12/2015 at 2:00 AM  she was coming to her home at that time Godaveri W/O Sanjay Kumar obstructed  her way and beat her up and also threatened her with  dire consequences. ASI Ashok Kumar I/C PP Kotli is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 311/15 dated 23/12/2015 U/S  279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Mujafar Khan S/O Sh. Gul Mohmad Khan Village Basu, PO Mandhole Tehsil Babsar Distt. Kulgam jammu & Kashmir  that on 23/12/2015 time about 6:00PM he and his friend Mahmad were going from Mandi to Jahu side by a taxi no PB01-9058 and at Dhalwan Dhalwan driver  Anil Kumar S/O Sh.  Prem Chand  lost his control on the car and fell down by the road side and all of three sustained injuries. ASI Chiranji Lal I/O PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR  No. 312 /15 dated 23/12/15 U/S 451,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Ravi Kumar S/O Sh. Bhup Singh Village Dhaloun PO Tanihar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP that on dated 6/12/2015  he was repairing his cow shed at that time Hukam Chand, Chaman Lal and Promila Devi Village Dhaloun PO Tandhar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP came there and abused and threatened   him with dire consequences.  HC Kamal Kant I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.      Case FIR No. 357/15 dated 24/12/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered  at PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj Kumar S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Village Dandal, District Mandi HP that on 23/12/2015 at about 7:40 PM he was going by a car no. HP32-1652 along with his friend Hemant Kumar and his family from Mandi to Nerchowk, and when they reached  near Chakkar a Bus No. DL1PC-6789 came from Nerchowk side very rashly and  hit the above car. ASI Mohar Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR NO 181/15 dated 24/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in  PS Karsog by ASI Sawroop Ram  that on 24/12/15 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bus Stand Karsog  and during the course of patrolling he found that a  Rehri laid on the road by Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Nardu Ram Village Nayara PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP), which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. ASI Sawroop Ram  I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

7.      Case FIR NO 182/15 dated 24/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in  PS Karsog by ASI Sawroop Ram  that on 24/12/15 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bus Stand Karsog  and during the course of patrolling he found that  a  Rehri laid on the road by Tara Chand S/O Sh. Kishan Chand Village Panchkar PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP), which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. ASI Sawroop Ram  I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

8.      Case FIR NO 183/15 dated 24/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in  PS Karsog by HC Vijay Kumar  that on 24/12/15 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bus Stand Karsog  and during the course of patrolling he found that a  Rehri laid on the road by Punam W/O Sh. Kamal Village Nayara PO & Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP), which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Vijay Kumar  I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

9.      173 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 32400/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered and 04 Challan were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4750/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
