1 Case FIR No. 304/15 dated 13/12/15 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Joginder Pal S/O Sh. Nand Lal R/O Behar PO Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/12/15 he was present in his shop at Behar in the mean time Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Behar PO Sarkaghat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his shop and beat him up and threatened him with dire consequences . ASI Nareh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
2 Case FIR No. 305/15 dated 13/12/15 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ashish Kumar S/O Sh. Kasmir Singh R/O House No. 178/11 Tarna Road Mandi (HP) that on 13/12/15 he alongwith his family member were going by Car(HP33C-2292) and when they reached near Bholumoud near Dhalwan , in the mean time a Vehicle (HP33C-2292) which was driven by Kirpa Ram S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) came rashly from Jahu towards Mandi and hit to above car. In this accident two person sustained injuries & Smt. Kasyap W/O Sh. Kamal Kumar R/O Sapatu Distt. Solan (HP) who were died on the spot. SI Karan Jeet Singh I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 306/15 dated 14/12/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Champa Devi W/O Sh. Pitamber Lal R/O Nagrehad P.O. Baloh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/12/15 her brother-in-law obstructed her way and beat her up and threaten her with dire consequences . ASI Chattar Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 134/15 dated 14/12/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sunderangar on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Gopi Chand R/O Khatarwari PO Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that today he was going towards Mahadev by his Car(HP31A-2643) and when reached near Uppal Trading Company , in the mean time a Motor Cycle (HP31A-7799) which was ridden by Sumit Sharma S/O Sh. Devinder Sharma R/O BBMB Colony Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) came rashly and collided with his car . This incident occurred due to rash and negligent ridding by rider said Motor Cycle rider. HC Vinod Kumar No. 883 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 168/15 dated 13/12/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Santosh Kumar S/O Sh. Ram lal R/O Sopa Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/12/15 he was traveling alongwith his family by Tata Sumo(HP01M-1756) and when reached near Nayara, in the mean time a Jeep (HP30-2884) came rashly and hit above Tata Sumo and two persons sustained injuries . This Accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving by both drivers of above said vehicles. HC Vijay Kumar No. 411 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

Karsog by ASI Thakur Dass I/C of PP Pangna that on 13/12/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Kalashan and during the course of patrolling he found that a heap of sand on the road laid by Duni Chand S/O Sh. Hira Lal R/O Kalashan PO Marothi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. ASI Thakur Dass I/C of PP Pangna is investigating the case.

Karsog by HC Ranjeet Singh No. 71 I.O. of PP Pangna that on 13/12/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Johar and during the course of patrolling he found that a heap of sand on the road laid by Chaman Lal Gupta S/O Sh. Mukund Lal vill & PO Marothi Tehsil Karsog which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. HC Ranjeet Singh I/C of PP Pangna is investigating the case.

Chander Mani village Mumail PO&Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

10 Case FIR No. 194/15 dated 14/12/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O Chulla PO Tulah Tehsil Lad- Bharol Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/12/15 he alongwith his sister Rita & Aunt Maya Devi were going to his home by Car and when they reached near Kandha Patan, in the mean time three unknown person obstructed their way and beat him up and also damaged his car. HC Anil Kumar No. 412 I.O. of PP Lad- Bharol is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 13/12/15 Bidhi Chand resident of the same locality obstructed her way and beat her up and also threatened her with dire consequences. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case

115 89 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 15,200 /- was recovered and 1 Challan was issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
