APPRECIATION FOR HONESTY

1.      On dated 20/12/2015 Mr. Lalit Kumar S/O Sh. HHC Het Ram (Presently working at SP Office Mandi) Vill. Bagla, PO Nagchala, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi  was going towards Kullu by his bike and on the road at Bhuttico Colony he  found a Mobile worth Rs. 26000/- and he  shows his honesty and gave it back to its actual owner.

2.      Case FIR NO 175/15 dated 21/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in  PS Karsog by HC Ranjeet Singh  that on 21/12/15 at 2:15 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at place Joodh  and during the course of patrolling he found a heap of stones laid on the road by Durga Dass S/O Dagu Ram Vill. Joodh PO Marothi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP), which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Ranjeet Singh No 71 I/O PP Pangna is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR NO 176/15 dated 21/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in  PS Karsog by HC Ranjeet Singh  that on 21/12/15 at 2:45 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at place Joodh  and during the course of patrolling he found a heap of stones laid on the road by Ram Dutt S/O Sh. Jalam Singh Vill. Joodh PO Marothi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP), which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Ranjeet Singh No 71 I/O PP Pangna is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR NO 177/15 dated 21/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in  PS Karsog by ASI Bhoom Prakash  that on 21/12/15 he was on patrolling at place Kadhi along with other police officials at place Joodh  and during the course of patrolling he found a heap of stones laid on the road by Som Raj S/O Sh. Molak Raj Vill. Kandhi PO Bhanera Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP), which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. ASI Bhoom Prakash  I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR NO 178/15 dated 21/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in  PS Karsog by ASI Amar Singh  that on 21/12/15  at 04:45PM he was on patrolling at place Kelodhar along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found a heap of sand laid on the road by Khushi Ram S/O Sh. Kirat Ram Vill. Kelodhar Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP), which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. ASI Amar Singh  I/O PS Karsog is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR NO 179/15 dated 21/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in  PS Karsog by SI Sunil Kumar that on 21/12/15  at 06:15PM he was on patrolling at place Shihl  along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found a pile  of logs laid on the road by Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Hari Singh Vill Khanyari PO Seribanglo Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP), which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. SI Sunil Kumar SHO of PS Karsog is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

7.      Case FIR No. 180/15 Dated 22/12/15 U/S 39 of HP-Excise Act has been registered at PS Karsog  by ASI Sahab Singh I/C PAR Tattapani that on  22/12/15 at 12:30AM he was on patrolling/ Naka Bandi along with other police officials at place Tattapani and during the course of Nakabandi he  checked a Tempo Traveler (HP33E(T) 8239)  and recovered 540 Bottles  of country liquor. The tempo was driven by Parash Ram S/O Sh. Budhu Ram Village Dogari PO Bagsaid Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Sahab Singh I/C PAR Tattapani PS Karsog is investigating the case.

8.      Case FIR NO 355/15 dated 21/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in  PS Balh by HC Naresh Kumar that on 21/12/15  at 06:00 PM he was on patrolling at Lohara  along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found a Rehri laid down on the road by Hukam Chand S/O sh. Hari Singh Vill Khanyari PO Seribanglo Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP), which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Naresh Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

9.      Case FIR NO 356/15 dated 21/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in  PS Balh by HC Naresh Kumar that on 21/12/15  at 07:00 PM he was on patrolling at Lohara  along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he found a Rehri laid down on the road by Upesh Kumar S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O VPO Lohara Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP), which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Naresh Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

10.  Case FIR No 312/15 dated 21/12/15 U/S 279, 304A, IPC and U/S 187 of MV Act has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Joginder Pal S/O Sh.  Khazana Ram Village Talwana PO Slapper  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi  (HP) that on  21-/2-/015 at about 7:50PM Jai Singh S/O Sh. Chaitru Ram was going to his home by  feet and at slapper an unknown truck hit to Jai Singh and ran away from the  spot. Jai Singh was brought   to hospital Sunder Nagar, where MO declared him brought dead. ASI  Rajainder Singh I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

11.  264 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 43800/- was recovered and 08 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4600/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
