CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1 Case FIR No. 179/15 dated 02/12/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Janjehli that he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Lambathach and during the course of checking of Jeep(HP65-2688)which was coming from Mandi towards Chiuni, he recovered 62 boxes of English Wine & 65 boxes of Country Liquor from the possession of Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Loberia Ram VPO Dhaban Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) & Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Nidhi Singh R/O Jajrot PO Ratti Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Jeet Singh I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 173/15 dated 02/12/15 U/S 341, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sansar Chand S/O Sh. Balbir Singh R/O Stain PO Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar (HP) that on 31/10/15 Jitender S/O Sh. Raghubir Singh resident of the same locality obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Tarsem Singh I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
3 Case. 295/15 dated 02/12/15 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on by ASI Rajender Thakur I/C of PP Slapper that today he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Slapper and during the course of nakkabandi he recovered 97 Grams Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of Tarun Sharma S/O Sh. Shamsher Jung Sharma R/O House No. 891 Sec.-4 Panchkulla . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI Rajender Thakur I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
4 138 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 16,700 /- was recovered and 9 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
