CASE OF KIDNAPPING AND MURDER
1. Case FIR No. 82/15 dated 10/12/2015 U/S 364, 302 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Smt. Sundari Devi W/O Sh. Himiya Ram R/O Ban-Kotla PO Chimhanu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that her daughter Raksha Devi aged 21 years old is missing since 08/12/2015 and she suspects that her daughter Raksha Devi kidnapped by her son-in-law Duni Chand S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Kalthar PO Bahnu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) with the intention to murder her daughter Raksha Devi. On receiving this complaint SHO P.S. Dharampur started search operation immediately to search the missing girl with teams of local police and they succeeded to recover the dead body of deceased Raksha Devi from Khairi-Ka-Jangal nearby Dharampur. Postmortem of the dead body is being carried out from Civil Hospital Sarkaghat and accused Duni Chand S/O Sh. Hari Singh R/O Vill. Kalthar PO Bahanu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 30 years arrested by the local police of P.S. Dharampur. SI Praveen Kumar SHO P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING
2. Case FIR No. 303/15 dated 09/12/15 U/S 366, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of a person resident of vill. Bhour PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that his niece studying in Sundernagr and she didn't came back home since 07/12/15. He has searched his niece everywhere but all in vain. Now he suspects that Hem Raj S/O Roshan Lal and his father Roshan Lal Vill Dhanotu, PO Mahadev, Tehsil Sundernagar, Distt. Mandi (HP) kidnapped her with the intention to solemnized her marriage. SI Kalyan Singh I/O PS Sundernagr is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 330/15 dated 09/12/2015 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Netar Singh S/O Sh. Shamsher Singh R/O Sarua PO Dasehra Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP that on 09/12/2015 at about 07:00 PM while he was going to this home, Prakash Chand, Baldev and Gagan beat him up and also threatened to him. HC Raj Kumar No. 27 I/O P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4. 144 challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 18,900/- was recovered and 17 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.1700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
