LANDSLIDE OCCURRED NEAR THALAUT

1. Today at 09.45 AM a massive landslide took place at  Rains Nala   near Thalaut due to which N.H. 21 is blocked completely and work to clear the said road is on progress. Due to blockage of   N.H. 21 at Rains Nala, all type of vehicles   are diverted via Kataula road temporarily till clearance of said road. Efforts on war foot are being made to clear the road.  So general masses are requested to divert their vehicles via Kataula road towards Mandi and Kullu side please.

 

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 299/15 dated 06/12/15 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Devi Ram S/O Sh. Rikhu Ram Village Nalla-Ra-Gehra PO Dhalwan Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi HP that on 06/12/15 at 10:00 AM Hans Raj along with his wife and son came to his courtyard, abused and threatened him and also beat him up.  ASI Chiranji Lal is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 300/15 dated 06/12/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506,34 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Hans Raj S/O Sh. Lala Ram Village Nala-Ra-Gehra PO Dhalwan Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi HP that on 06/12/15 at 11:30 AM Devi Ram and his wife obstructed his way, abused and threatened him and also beat him up.  ASI Chiranji Lal is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 301/15 dated 06/12/15 U/S 341,323,504,506,IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Ruma Devi W/O Sh. Daya Ram Vill. Chaswal PO Sajao Piplu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP that on 06/12/15 at 03:15 PM she was present at her courtyard, in the mean time Kamli Devi obstructed her way, threatened her and beat  her up. HC Kamal Kant I/O PS  Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

1.  Case FIR No. 300/15 dated 6/12/15 U/S 20 of  ND&PS Act has been  registered  by HC Nand Lal  that on   06/12/15 at 4:15 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at BBMB lake and during the course of patrolling he recovered 800 Grams Charas from the possession of  Darshan Singh S/O Sh. Gurdyal Vill Ishapur Colony PO Ishapur Tehsil Derabasi Distt Mohali Punjab. HC Nand Lal I/O PS Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

1.  Case FIR No. 299/15 dated 6/12/15 U/S 39of HP Excise Act has been  registered  by ASI Rajender Thakur that on  06/12/15 at 11:45 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Upper Bhawana  and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9 liter lahan from the possession of  Roop Lal S/O Sh. Malagar Vill. Saroun PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi. ASI Rajender Kumar I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 190/15 dated 07/12/15 U/S 323,325 IPC has been registered at P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Sansar Chand R/O Vill. Gawala PO and Tehsil Lad Bhadol Distt. Mandi HP that today  Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Balam Ram Village Gawala PO and Tehsil Lad Bhadol Distt. Mandi beat him up. HC Anil Kumar I/O PP Lad Bhadol is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND PREVETION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT

1. Case FIR No. 298/15 dated 06/12/15 U/S 447,427 IPC & U/S 3 of PDPP Act   has been registered  in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. G. S Kataria Executive Magistrate (N.T.) Mandi (HP) that  Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Paddal is doing illegal construction/encroachment on the Govt. Land at Bhiuli Bridge Mandi . ASI Chaman Lal I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 79/15 dated 07/12/15 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered at PS Dharampur on the complaint of Smt. Nardu Devi W/O Lt. Sh. Barfu  Ram R/O Vill. Bahri PO Kot Sub-Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi HP that today at 08.00 AM she was present at her home in the mean time her son Prakash Chand obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Bidhi Chand I/O PS Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 163/15 dated 07/12/2015 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of SH. Khem Singh R/O Vill. Jong PO Mehandi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that Yogesh and his father Mangat Ram R/O Vill. Jong PO Mehandi obstructed his way and beat him p. ASI Amar Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

1.  Challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 20,300 /-  was  recovered  and  611 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs. 1100/-  was   recovered  during last 24 hours.
