CASE OF NDPS ACT

1         Case FIR NO. 78/15  Dated 03/12/15  U/S  20 of  NDPS Act  has been registered in P.S. Dharampur  by  ASI  Vinod  Kumar that on  03/12/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Dharampur and during the course of patrolling he recovered  18  Grams  Charas ( Cannabis)  from the possession of  Ramesh Chand  S/O Sh. Dagu Ram R/O  Bahari P.O.  Kot   Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) .  Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by ASI  Vinod Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Dharampur  .

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT

2          Case FIR No. 161/15 dated 03/12/15 U/S 279, 337, 304(A) IPC has been registered in  P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Khem Singh  S/O Sh. Katku Ram R/O  Khudli PO Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/12/15  at about 02:30 PM  he was present at Gaoun Nala , in the mean time a Car(HP30A-0341)  which  was driven by  Varun S/O Sh.  Roop  Lal  R/O  Delag  PO  Somma Kothi  Tehsil  Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP), came  rashly   and  fell downward from the  road  and one occupant  of  said  car namely  Kuldeep   Sharma S/O Sh. Jeet Ram  R/O  Ghartu P.O. Chayanog Tehsil  Sunni  Distt. Shimla  age 36 years old   died on the spot  and two occupants   namely  Maheshwer  S/O  Dault Ram  R/O karyali PO  Kayar Tehsil  Theoag Distt  Shimla  age  32  years old  and  driver of  said  car   sustained injuries.  ASI  Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATIO

    3             Case FIR No. 162/15 dated 03/12/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of  Sh. Himiya S/O Sh. Nabratru  R/O  Godan PO  Pangna Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (HP) that   on 02/12/15   he was present at  his home, in the mean time his son namely Baldev came  alongwith his wife  Promila  , obstructed his way  and beat him up  and also threatened  him with dire consequences.  ASI  Thakur  Dass I/C of PP Pangna is  investigating the case.

CHALLANS

4         186   Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 20,000/- was recovered and    18 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
