CRIME REPORT ON 19 DECEMBER


CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 174/15 dated 18-12-15 U/S 39 of HP-Excise Act has been registered in PS  Karsog by SI/SHO Sunil Kumar that on  18-12-15 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kufri Dhar and  during patrolling he  recovered 3500 ML illicit liquor from the possession of  Om Prakesh S/O Sh. Bhadru Village Kufridhar PO Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP).  SI Sunil Kumar SHO of PS Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 346/15 dated 18/12/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Balh by SI  Kuldeep Chand that on 18/12/2015 at about 5:25 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhadyal and during the course of patrolling he recovered 05 Liter illicit liquor from the possession of Hukkam Chand S/O Sh. Kankra Village Bhadyal Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP). SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 345/15 dated 18/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS Balh by ASI Jagdish Chand that on 18/12/2015 at about 5:00 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nerchowk and during the course of patrolling,  he found that a Rehri laid on the road by Raulesh S/O Malikhan Singh R/O Datlana UP. Which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. ASI Jagdish Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

4.      Case FIR No. 347/15 dated 18/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS Balh by SI Kuldeep Chand that on 18/12/2015 at about 06:00 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nerchowk and during the course of patrolling,  he found that a Rehri laid on the road by Sukh Ram S/O Sh. Gaddi Ram R/O Ratti Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). Which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 348/15 dated 18/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS Balh by HC Ravinder Kumar that on 18/12/2015 at about 05:45 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nerchowk and during the course of patrolling,  he found that a Rehri laid on the road by Brij Lal S/O Sh. Kanya Lal R/O Gagal Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). Which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Ravinder Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

6.      Case FIR No. 349/15 dated 18/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS Balh by SI Kuldeep Chand that on 18/12/2015 at about 06:45 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nerchowk and during the course of patrolling,  he found that a Rehri laid on the road by Akash Kumar S/O Suresh Kumar R/O Nerchowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP). Which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

7.      Case FIR No. 350/15 dated 19/12/15 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the statement of Sh.Naresh Sharma S/O Chaman Lal R/O Village Pipli PO Troh Tehsil Bal Distt. Mandi (HP) that on  19/12/15 at about 11:00 AM  he and his wife Geeta Devi were going back to their home from their cowshed at that time Gulab Singh and his son Girdhari obstructed their way abused them, beat them up and they sustained injuries. They also threatened to Naresh with dire consequences. SI Vikas Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT

8.      Case FIR No. 309/15 dated 18/12/2015 U/S 353,427 IPC Has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.Ravi Guleria S/O Sh. Kasmir Singh Village Garli PO Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is a conductor of HRTC at sarkaghat Depot  and on  18/12/2015 he was engaged on the route Sarkaghat to Garli with bus no. HP28A-1602 and  time about 07:15 PM he was present  at  Darwar bus stop at that time Halku S/O Sh. Sant Ram Village Chatrana PO Darwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. mandi (HP) stopped the bus and beat him up and broke the ticket machine. HC Kamal Kant  I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

9.      Case FIR No. 138/15 dated 18/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS BSL Colony by HC Vinod Sen that on 18/12/2015 at about 04:30 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Humsafar Hotel Chowk and during the course of patrolling,  he found that a Rehri laid on the road by Chhote Lal S/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O Village Khajain PO Jator Tehsil & Distt. Bareli (UP). Which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Vinod Sen I/O PS BSL Colony is investigating the case.

10.  Case FIR No. 139/15 dated 18/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS BSL Colony by HC Vinod Sen that on 18/12/2015 at about 05:00 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Humsafar Hotel Chowk and during the course of patrolling,  he found that a Rehri laid on the road by Ram Singh S/O Sh. Dhakan Ram R/O VPO Majhgava Tehsil Ambala Distt. Bass Bareli  (UP). Which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Vinod Sen I/O PS BSL Colony is investigating the case.

11.  Case FIR No. 140/15 dated 18/12/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS BSL Colony by HC Sanjeev Kumar that on 18/12/2015 at about 05:45 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Humsafar Hotel Chowk and during the course of patrolling,  he found that a Rehri laid on the road by Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Laskari Singh  R/O Village Dhanesari PO Kalahod Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP). Which was causing obstruction to traffic as well as general public. HC Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS BSL Colony is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

12.  188 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 48700/- was recovered and 08 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 3500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
