CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 187/15 dated 22/12/15 U/S  451, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Meera Devi  W/O Sh. Chet Ram  R/O  Karsi  PO  Bhihni  Tehsil  Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/12/15 Surat  Ram   entered in  her courtyard and  beat her up  and also threatened  her with dire consequences.  ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating  the case.

2     303  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 50,600/- was recovered and 13 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered and 2 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7100/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
