CRIME REPORT 20 DEC.

                                         

 CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 

1        Case FIR No. 352/15 dated  19/12/15   U/S 283  IPC has been registered  in P.S.   Balh   by HC  Raj  Kumar  No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Balh  that on 19/12/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Ratti  and during the course of patrolling he  found that   a rehri was laid on the road by   Chova Singh  S/O Sh. Amar Singh  R/O House  No.  219  Mahulla Andauli  R/O  Hassayan  Distt.  Hathras (UP)  which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic.  HC Raj Kumar  I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case.  

 

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case FIR No.   353/15 dated 20/12/15   U/S  279,  337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Mohd. Basim S/O Sh.   Mohd. Yamin R/O  Deobandh Tehsil  Deobandh Distt. Saharanpur (UP)  that on 19/12/15  he  alongwith   his brother  were   walking   near Bhangrotu Bridge , in the mean time  a Motor Cycle  (  HP28-8192)   which was ridden by Vijay  Kumar  S/O Sh. Shali Ram  R/O  Kalsh PO  Thauna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi came rashly  and hit to him from behind  and he sustained injuries.  HC Rajesh  Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF NDPS ACT

 3     Case   FIR No.  132/15  dated  19/12/15  U/S 20 of NDPS Act  has been registered  in   P.S. Aut  by  SHO  Lokender  Singh   that on   19/12/15 at about  7:50  PM  he laid a nakka  alongwith other  police officials at  Sandi Mod  and during the course of  checking of Car (HP34D-1669) he   recovered  7 Kg 490 Grams Charas ( Cannabis)  from the possession of  Kehar Singh  S/O Sh. Jiwa Nand R/O  Dalashani PO  Sachani Tehsil Bhunter Distt. Kullu & Paras Ram  S/O Sh. Jogi Ram R/O  Viyani PO  Panarsa Sub-Tehsil Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  Both accused have been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by   Insp. Lokender Singh   SHO of P.S. Aut.  

CHALLANS

4         175   Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.  40,100/- was recovered and9  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered and 2 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 9400/-  was recovered during last 24 hours.
